Mate, understand that the "greifers" are the least likely population to commit greifing. The more likely population to commit griefing are the arch-illigers and their iron golems in order to incite division among players. The new characters are vital for food production while the server update centers are controlled by the admins to peddel one side of the story. Listen to the watermelon protestors because they're figuring out the names and faces of the Z arch-illigers who have directly contributed to the unstable server issues and inflation while prioritizing the health of a foreign server over our own. We the players are only playing the games of the arch-illiger without ever noticing that they directly contribute to all our glitches. We have wheat issues, coal issues, housing issues, emrald issues, and corruption issues. Immigration is a bipartisanly aflicted registration issue. The only systems new players could exploit are hospital emergency rooms by giving a fake player ID to get out of paying for health potions. A good source would be training manuals getting disseminated to active duty guys. Also another good source is the survival guide that came out of Russia a little while back. I have it stored somewhere I think on my old computer. It’s written from the perspective of uniformed conflict but the lessons to be applied are still very valuable. You should also be very cognizant of the different SOPs needed based on your threat environment. Ducking observation and IDF in an urban environment is different than a rural or mountainous one. There’s also plenty of books out there about US experiences in the Middle East over the last 20 years. The Taliban is probably the most effective insurgent force in the last century.

I'm thinking, if such would be the organization of urban guerillas, then it is sensible that operations should be kept as small as possible, and in almost all cases larger operations involving multiple cells or captains should be avoided, as these have the potential to compromise a very large part of your force, or all of it, while one cell ops can only damage that cell.
Now we just need to know who to look for to fill the lower bunks and how to get them to say yes. I tried to look up trucking and civilian logistics during civil unrest. Iraq had instances where it was easier for them to pay off and insurgent group than to take the route covered by security forces.
But international shipping has mercenaries again. And civilian hotels and companies and transports can tip over where a security force seems better.

Mate, understand that the "greifers" are the least likely population to commit greifing. The more likely population to commit griefing are the arch-illigers and their iron golems in order to incite division among players.
The new characters are vital for food production while the server update centers are controlled by the admins to peddel one side of the story.
Listen to the watermelon protestors because they're figuring out the names and faces of the Z arch-illigers who have directly contributed to the unstable server issues and inflation while prioritizing the health of a foreign server over our own.
We the players are only playing the games of the arch-illiger without ever noticing that they directly contribute to all our glitches. We have wheat issues, coal issues, housing issues, emrald issues, and corruption issues. Immigration is a bipartisanly aflicted registration issue. The only systems new players could exploit are hospital emergency rooms by giving a fake player ID to get out of paying for health potions.

A good source would be training manuals getting disseminated to active duty guys. Also another good source is the survival guide that came out of Russia a little while back. I have it stored somewhere I think on my old computer. It’s written from the perspective of uniformed conflict but the lessons to be applied are still very valuable. You should also be very cognizant of the different SOPs needed based on your threat environment. Ducking observation and IDF in an urban environment is different than a rural or mountainous one. There’s also plenty of books out there about US experiences in the Middle East over the last 20 years. The Taliban is probably the most effective insurgent force in the last century.
