Very common turnover in Judo. We spend a lot of time attacking turtle position. Was cool to see how she went for this in place of attacking the back in her mma career.
I always struggle after the roll when they place their hand up to block my top leg from connecting over their face. That’s where I tend to lose it most
Jordan, have you ever used the other armbar (arm behind the back in a "chickenwing")? It's super easy to break somebody's arm at the elbow using it. Is there a different BJJ name for that move?
