  • Hello Everyone!!!
Welcome back to my channel. Today we go to visit the Turtle Sanctuary here on the island. This was a very cool experience, as I have never really been up close to some of these animals. It's nice to see that people are working together to help save them and reintroduce them to their natural habitat.
We then move on to eat at Polo's Mango Cafe. The food is amazing, as always. I try a very spicy/peppery Michelada along with a Mango Smoothy. Not sure if it's a correct food pairing but they were on pare with the fish tacos.
We then check out the Chapel Guadalupe. In my opinion on of the best views on the island....absolutely stunning!!
Final event of the day is to head over to the Soggy Peso. Drinks are had as well as fajitas. We also say hello to a few of the island dogs, who were very friendly.
All in all, a great day!!
Please watch, enjoy and hit that like/subscribe button. It will help the channel grow and I try to get something out to you every Sunday.
    Thanks,
    Christian

I also just found out today it’s been closed for about a year and a half. A worker was still there taking care of a few turtles. The organization is waiting for an outcome from the politicians on the island. The worker said the previous Mayor wasn’t doing his job in providing resources for maintenance of the building. He’s accused of stealing money from the sanctuary instead of helping to maintain it.

@@rudychavez4569 thanks..that place was a true highlight of Isla...they should realize its a win win for all if they re-open. Even if they have to raise the entrance fee..tourist will still pay to help the turtles.
