this is the type of shit that makes it hard to stay a packers fan like I love that we don't have an owner but if it means this is how we treat our guys then idk man
If the Packers really go about getting rid of Aaron Rodgers, we’re still in a potential lose lose situation because if Jordan Love fails to be a promising qb right away, that’s major trouble for us and Brian Gutey and the entire front office need to be fired for drafting Love on the Packers and creating boiling division within our team over this topic. Hopefully if Love really does start as a full time qb, I’m hoping for the best outcome, but as of now, I highly doubt that Love will be the elite qb to bring the Packers to multiple Super Bowl wins that Gutey and the front office are hyping him up to be…
That’s the thing, Rodgers as good as he was especially earlier in career could only win one SB with the pack. Love has to be that good or they have to rely on the D lol. Same office, different QB same story. Watch now they will finally draft a first round receiver lol.
@@Joe-cj7xq The other problem will be how many of our best players will stay on the Packers without an Aaron Rodgers to lead them to glory. Because I fear that alot of these players will want to leave the Packers, due to the lack of chemistry and interest they have with Love.
@@Chewy_GarageBandDad Yeah and if instead of drafting a QB in the first round in 2020 (when they were one game away from the Super Bowl), they drafted a 1st round receiver (in a loaded draft class of WR) things could have been different. I honestly think the front office just expected Aaron to try and do it all (knowing his talent) for almost his entire career and were happy with the results.
Good thing we didn’t trade him when he was back to back MVP and committed to giving him a big signing bonus. Who would’ve thought it was a bad idea to sign an aging qb who was all but absent in our last playoff game?
This is harsh and as a packers fan it’s tough to say about my own team, but we’ve already screwed up our chances of getting back to the big game and Rodgers showed this year that our Super Bowl window is closed. It’s time to move on and cherish the amazing memories Rodgers has gifted us in his time in Green Bay. Besides love has already spent three years backing up Rodgers just like Rodgers did to Favre
This how it goes down, Love starts and proves to be what he is, not a starter. The coach gets canned,,,Mark & Guety stay and keep collecting a check. And the long years of mediocrity begin.
Well that could also be read different and that is how I read it. Will Rodgers be the QB next year? Yes he will be the QB unless things don't work out the way we want.
I will always be a Packer Fan..but every year the administration of that team disappoints me. Aaron Rogers got a SB..then they stripped him of the weapons he had for new ones. He built great relationships and boom they traded the players that mattered most. What I think will be interesting is who goes with him. If it looks good for Randall Cobb to play do you think he will follow AR? He wanted to retire with AR as a Packer but if the Packers give up AR...who's next do ya suppose. Out with the old into the new..even if they aren't ready. But that's the latest trend with Gutenkirst.
I'm anxious to see the whiny and spoiled packer fans start losing multiple seasons. You're going to hate Love after a few years if not sooner. Packer fans are spoiled when they have one bad season due to certain circumstances like losing your number one receiver and you're main quarterback injured his throwing hand. Then you want to throw him under the bus and get rid of him. Honestly I hope Rogers goes and wins a couple super bowl somewhere else
So…. What happens if he decides he’s not retiring and is staying in Green Bay? Do the fans and team welcome him back with open arms, well except Love, or will there be resentment?
I love the Packers, and have been a life long fan. The Packers screwed up by not trading Rodgers one year earlier. They could have gotten a ton of high draft picks. Won't get much now. Had they put Love on the field last year, we'd know better what we have in him, and we likely would have had a similar win loss record. Plus we would have avoided signing Rodgers to that insanely high contract we seem stuck with now.
Three years ago a clip came out when they picked Jordan Love of you in dismay. This is the difference between feast and famine orgs having to rebuild every 2-3 years Vs succession planning
Am I reading it wrong or did Mark Murphy say unless things don't work out the way we want he will be the starter implying they want him to be the starter next year?
Mark Murphy said "Yes, unless things don't work out the way we want them" which is the equivalent of saying "Yes we would like Aaron as our QB unless things don't work out with him". I think the double negative in that statement is what's confusing people into thinking he said "Yes, we want him as our QB if things don't work out."

Love appears to be a loser......years of darkness for the Green Bean Pickers.
I hope Rodgers reports to Green Bay and makes this front office eat their hats. Aaron’s more petty than Brett ever was, huge mistake by Murphy.
I’m ready for stability. Sick of the games. And he’s leaving when his cap hit would be the least. Thanks for the memories 12, but I’m just exhausted
Exhausted? Dude just stop looking at your phone.
@@JDoe-gf5oz Sorry? My bad that my figure of speech would offend you so much. How about annoyed instead? That work for ya?
@@AJwiththeAK Annoyed? Dude just stop looking at your phone.
Exhausted of the media games? What has Rodgers really said? Like the other guy said, turn off your phone and stop being so sensitive.
If Rodgers doesn’t comeback and we trade him. If we don’t get a Bears/Panthers trade I am done with the team.
Hey Tom how you going to feel when Rodger goes to the Vikings after he done with the jets
Will never happen
Like it’s shocking? When he was meeting with the jets meant Green Bay wasn’t bringing him back
love ya, Tom
I can't wait for when he's on the vikings
hahah
Nah, he's getting too old, plus the drama.
@@stevog2277 bro cmon get the joke
@@MasonJarrr_ it's a dumb joke that isn't even a joke...
As a Jets fan, I feel for the packer faithful. Losing your future HOF franchise QB is never easy. I mean I wouldn't know. We have never had a QB in my lifetime lmao. We promise we will take good care of him if it does happen.
He needs a fresh start as much as the Packers do. Good luck with him, hope he goes better than the gunslinger did for you back in the day.
this is the type of shit that makes it hard to stay a packers fan like I love that we don't have an owner but if it means this is how we treat our guys then idk man
Oh they done done.
As one of the far less toxic packer fans, you deserve mercy my friend. It was a good run. Go Bears
It’s time.
@@broizon205 wouldn't be the first time. Time to move on
You inverted his statement. He said "Yeah, UNLESS things don't work out the way they want them to." You said the exact opposite.
Tom, I think we should begin mourning officially now.
Definitely bitter and sad that he didn't win another superbowl with us but I am more and more excited about the future
That's my hangup. What a waste! We should have at least gone to three more. Damn!
After seeing what they did to Brett Favre who can be surprised that they are doing it to Rogers too. Use ‘em and lose ‘em.
Pulling a Bill Walsh and getting rid of guys who still have some juice left.
Good thing we didn’t trade him when he was back to back MVP and committed to giving him a big signing bonus. Who would’ve thought it was a bad idea to sign an aging qb who was all but absent in our last playoff game?
He said UNLESS things don’t work out the way they want.
I just don’t think it should happen. It is sad to just see Aaron Rodgers leave like that.
Gets ya to the playoffs then farts flounders and falls 16 years is enough. Time to move on
The packers are one spoiled organization. They should get ready for those great late 70s and early 80s teams.
It's endless Cycle for yall bad
PREACH
This how it goes down, Love starts and proves to be what he is, not a starter. The coach gets canned,,,Mark & Guety stay and keep collecting a check. And the long years of mediocrity begin.
Is the "S" on the front side slightly tilted clockwise?
"Where you don't have to be a packers fan... but it sure does help"...
Does it?
Does it help right now?
Does it?
I think it's about time we need to shake up the front office
Well its up to the city of Green Bay
Well that could also be read different and that is how I read it.
Will Rodgers be the QB next year? Yes he will be the QB unless things don't work out the way we want.
Sounds Good but let’s get it over with already, Make the trade!!!✈️✈️✈️
I won't believe he's leaving until the papers are signed, I need to see them, and the next season has started.
So glad to be done with the drama and ready to be done with a me first player.
The Jets is a cemetery where only Brett Favre manage to escape
1:22 He says unless if things don't workout, which is saying they want him back. The unless is fairly important there.
Finally some sense in here.
Facts
I can't wait until Rogers goes to the Jets, then plays for the Vikings then disenfranchises the citizens of Mississippi.
As a viking fan. My pain and suffering may be over
Gonna fill that empty trophy case, fifth time is the charm🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@brianjohnson6053 lol hopefully!
So…. What happens if he decides he’s not retiring and is staying in Green Bay? Do the fans and team welcome him back with open arms, well except Love, or will there be resentment?
About time that the sequel to Favre retirement watch has an ending.
Ugh, this is torture, I want Rodgers back but 3 years of this is taking a toll on my health
Weird thing to be bothered by.
Am I reading it wrong or did Mark Murphy say unless things don't work out the way we want he will be the starter implying they want him to be the starter next year?
Packers President be talking like my boss at work b4 he cans my behind
Looks like I’m about to be a Jets fan for the third time in my life.
Don’t worry, Packers are always my #1.
Huh... could the Packers be the worst in the NFC North next season?
As a life long pats fan... it's freaking weird when you see "your" qb in a new uniform 😳
Players rarely spend their entire careers on one team outside of medical retirement, as much as we would like them to. Im grateful for the 10 years of watching russ as I'm sure you are for the years of brady. Besides the color of the uniform won't stop me from rooting for a player. I even celebrated stafford's super bowl win, despite him being with the rams, because of how much i like stafford.
@@skorpiongod joe did
The one thing I am scared right now is us losing trade leverage. Easy to get fleeced if everyone knows we don't want him
Our front office is horrible.
You guys might as well move forward. It's not like you can lean on Aaron for many years in the future. We bit the bullet & it worked out well for us so far. Love looked to have great potential. I think you'll do fine. It's just change over time. It's not over✌️
