We spent the week exploring the Jungfrau Region with plenty of hikes, activities and sampling all the delicious authentic Swiss cuisine.
Grindelwald is a very special place to Tim. He lived and worked in Switzerland over 25 years ago.
We had the opportunity to stay at the amazing Hotel Alte Post.
This family owned gem is in a fantastic, storybook location for accessing all the activities and hiking.
It’s rooted in history and provides the most authentic Swiss experience. The Restaurant Alte Post has kept up with Swiss tradition offering the very same classic dishes from years ago.
In this Vlog we take the gondola up to Pfingstegg, then hike along the glacier valley up to the Berghaus Baregg for lunch. The views were incredibly breathtaking from up there.

Stunning! Giving me confidence I can do this hike to Baregg in a few weeks. I was concerned it was dangerous in parts. Looks amazing!
It is a challenge. My 10 and 12 year old did it. Definitely a work out. But the views at the top are worth it! Good like 🥾😍

@themccoollife Thanks! I'm an avid Hiker, but occasionally have issues with steep drop offs, so this will be a mental battle by the looks of it!
