These medications aren’t that expensive and we can find these in pharmacy in Nepal and I don’t have particular idea about any other country. Do consult with dermatologist before opting for any sort of medications though as they might have a lot of side effects 💕

Did you change your diet? And do you still apply those tropical creams and isotretinoins and all that you used for during your acne?
No I didn’t particularly changed my diet. I used to have my normal meals. And I used those oral and tropical medications for 3 months and later I came into my own routine ❤
You didn't use any cream for acne marks?
