Hi Kris I'm battling a heart disease CAH (Congestive Heart Failure ). I'm fairly young and healthy so when I was diagnosed in 2018 I was devastated. Hospital performed so many tests, could not find any other reasons how I got it other than high blood pressure which I just started having 2 months prior to hospital stay. Long story short I went and still going through a lot. I fight every day, so just wanted to let you know I'm so proud of for continuing doing what you do well. Prayers to you and your family. Staying busy and not thinking about it helps. Stay healthy, happy, and well. Peace, love and light to you my sister

I used to love Giovanni shampoo and leave-in back in the day. I recently picked up a 32 oz at T J MAXX and it still works. I don't know why I left it behind, but I'm being forced to go back to the beginning. Shea Moisture used to work great before they sold out. Then they started altering the ingredients. Now Courtney has sold the Mane Choice (google MAV beauty brands Mane Choice acquisition), so it's only a matter of time before they start watering down those products too. I'm done. The only thing that helped alleviate their issues were to stop using those products. Again love your videos!!

Shea moisture changed so much when she sold the company!! That’s why you have to be sooo careful others will not out the same amount of love in things toy have created because they do not understand your process even if you try and explain it sometimes they feel know better... I’ve run into same things before.. I stopped using a l long time so because the formulas changed and my hair could tell and suffered for it
You look gorgeous as always! When you said "day 5 hair", I questioned my entire existence lol. Never had "day 1 hair" looking that good. I really hope your results are good after seeing your cardiologist!🤗 I knew it was Shea Moisture, when you started talking about an old brand! I'm still using Shea Moisture because I'm VERY picky with my ingredients and I live in France where I have access to less natural hair brands, especially at a decent price. Shea Moisture formulas definitely changed, so you really have to check the ingredients list on your product. Some of the new formulas actually work better for me.
Thanks! Lol!! The cardiologist actually prescribed me bp meds smh. I also had to wear a heart monitor for a day to see what's up. I am not taking the meds though yet because my bp has been great recently. I've blacked out multiple times on bp meds because they would lower it too low smh! I go back to the doc in a couple weeks.... I'm glad you're still finding success with SM!

You actually introduced me to Shea Moisture years ago, maybe 4-5 years ago, when you had that shelf behind you full of Shea Moisture products. I have been using the same products. Shea Moisture adds so many lines I just stick with what I know and love. All I have added since then is gel from them and leave in, that's it!

🙌🏾 I use Shea Moisture faithfully. Their Curl & Shine and Coconut & Hibiscus lines. My hair loves & thrives off those. Not so much the others.
I also love the Decadence Conditioner! Detangling, leave in a little, deep condish with added oils.....it does a lot!
