Great video Michael. I received mine today. However, I do have a tiny issue with mine, and I did see it with yours as well. At the bottom of the case, you can see a sliver of titanium casing. Noticing on mine that the case is not as rigid causing that same fitment issue. I'll see how it goes in a few days. Perhaps it's in the first run of the cases as i did preorder mine a month ago.
I have the same issue on my "regular" Quadlock case (w/o magsafe) for my S24 Ultra...It's like the bottom edge of the case is not strong enough. Shame for a 40 euros case...
I noticed this on mine too, and it's a little annoying. The right corner with the plastic piece for a lanyard is nice and firm, and the iPhone 15 pro max version I have, which has the same plastic around the mic and speaker cutouts, fits the phone very well, and is nice and firm across the bottom edge. Tossing up returning this case, I'll at least give them some feedback

How thick charger connector can you plug in? I have a Toocki cable that shows the wattage used by the phone, but that is too thick for my previous case (for my Note 20 Ultra) on one side and can only push the other side in with a bit of game. Thanks.

I purchased a vibration dampener for my new future phone, but as I don't have it yet, I cannot comment on this.
Do you think the plastic from the quad lock mechanism on the inside of the case could damage the phone? On my iPhone quad lock case The whole inside is that microfibre finish. Really want one for my s24 ultra but that is the one thing stopping me.
Ive got this case and have used for 2 months. I would not recommend it as it makes the phone bulky, heavy and doesnt provide side lip protection. Ive cracked 2 screen protectors already. Would be nice to see if the standard case provides any different protection but you cannot find any pictures online. I feel like its a deliberate act tbh. I love quadlock stuff but thos case is a loser.
How does the protection compare to the OtterBox? I've only been using OtterBox for the last 12 years and and had one scratch on any of my phones or screens.
I'm returning my quad lock case for my s24 ultra because the sides are flush with my screen. I don't want to risk dropping my phone and hit the side edge on a hard surface as this has broken 2 of my previous phones. Disappointed that they didn't make it raised edge for all 4 sides!
Has anyone here had an issue with the Galaxy S24 Ultra MagSafe case? I'm having an issue using a Magsafe Popsocket on my phone and the mag-ring on my Quadlock case keeping coming off. Had Quadlock warranty the case and the brand new one has the same problem. Since I had this problem with two cases I doubt it's just me having this problem. I've had these cases with my S21,S22, and S23 Ultra with no issues. Just my S24 case

I just got the car vent mount and don’t know why it took me so long. I also love the 15 Pro Max case and the buttons. Awesome improvement.

I haven’t experienced any.
I bought a third party holder for my car and it rips out the ring every time when I remove the phone. Why its not fixed I'll never know.
I haven't had this happen on any of my Mag cases. Have you contacted Quad Lock to get it replaced?

Yeah they are really good. Once it's locked into the Quad Lock mount, it's not moving.

I am pretty sure that they have motorcycle mounts that addresses the vibration issues. Have a look on the quad lock website 🙂
I bought a Samsung S24 Ultra. So far (some months) the dampener works and I have no camera issues.
Broke my s23 ultra with quad lock, wasn't raised enough over edge of screen, absolutely garbage...only dropped it a foot of the ground too

Of course, I use it on a bike, the car and the tripod mounts when outside.
I use it on my motorcycles. I may have gotten a faulty product, but my shock mount makes vibration significantly worse than without it.

No it won't damage the back of the phone. I've been using mine for a while with no issues.

How does this compare to the ipitaka case? Does ipitaka case protect against dropping the phone, being a minimalist case.
It’s doesn’t compare, at all. The Pitaka is a thin minimal case, the quad lock is a more rugged protective case.

For the magsafe, is there magnets in the actual case, or is it just a metal ring which is inside the case?
No, as shown in the video the magnetic ring is the MagSafe part. Which is removable as you can change them.

The ring on my case is the opposite, mine is a nightmare to get off.
