wanted to add.... you guys are on the ball. The next batch of stove has a little camfer added to the slots to aid in assembly. Also I have a little adapter in the works that'll allow you to use smaller pots. I'm gonna give ya a call in the morning.
@AWCcamper74 Great, you will love the stove, Mikhail, was by our shop earlier today and brought me something else to try out, it's a sweet little grid to accommodate my cup. He will stand by his gear for sure. thanks so much for watching and for your comments, have a great day
@Harloweqbumfuque we used sandpaper to widen the slots, we worked out a way to use a 1" wide belt sander to do the job, just took a couple seconds for each slot. you could do it by hand as well, just clamp the panel down and tear off strips of sandpaper. If you have a small triangle file you could make quick work of it, as the most beneficial change is to soften the corners of the tabs, this helps them to automatically center themselves. Good luck!!
Perry, Nice review. I own the UL version and just put up a few videos as well. They don't contain burn footage (that's coming later) but more or less shows off the stove. You might want to check them out just to see how well this little guy can hold weight. Keep up the great work.....Scott
I use titanium tent pegs to span the top of the stove that way cup / pot size does not matter. Also i use with alcholo burner that way I have 2 fule stove. Thks for review.
@dc4uxp The warping was very minimal, and did not affect performance at all, but to be fair I wanted to point it out. To me one of the things that really makes the stove worthwhile is the ease of fueling it, I used sticks 2 - 3 feet long, it so much easier not to be snapping sticks down to fit in the stove, I just move the sticks into the stove every so often as they burn down, now that's a great feature. thanks for your comment and thanks for watching.
the stove is pretty darn expensive for its material and make. but it still is a pretty smart way to have designed and built it that way. and the warping might have been cause by water when you try to take out the fire after your done cooking.
@juwright1949 they now make an X grid that snaps in the top that functions like that, still have to do a video on that. Thanks for your comment and for watching!!
@dc4uxp Expensive? Naw, I'd say reasonable considering the logistical and manufacturing costs, never mind the fed, state, and local fees and taxes. It has been a real educational experience trying to make and sell a product. I see why moving production overseas can be so tempting. Still it is doing very well and I'm very grateful to those who have purchased a stove. IF it helps, my stoves come with a forever guarantee. I'll fix or replace it for life should it ever fail.
buon giorno volevo sapere gentilmente se è lei che vende questo prodotto e se si, quanto costa compreso le spese di spedizione io mi trovo in italia , grazie buona giornata
Nice video. Just curious...exactly how did you do the camfer and the widening of the slots? I have one of the first run titanium versions with close tolerances and sometimes have a hard time putting it together. It's the only thing I don't like about the stove. I've been using mine exclusively since I got it even in the rain and snow. It works like a champ. I LOVE not having to figure out how much fuel I need to bring on trips. It's endless!!
@wildernessinnovation Better Watch out... now that that Mikhail guy saw your cool shop he may start showing up wanting to hijack your machinery to make some of his own gear. Just saying I, er, I mean Him, that guy, that isn't me, might just pitch a tent in front of your place.

Mine came with the cross bars. Any size pan or cup will work

Probably don't want to do that. The stove loosens up a bit after some use.
