Trying to ride narrow steep trails in the Isle of Purbeck

This narrow and steep bridleway runs between the B3069 (Langton Matravers to Kingston road) starting at goo.gl/maps/F7PWh5Xf221Yo95a7 and ends at a junction with the A351 Valley Road between Corfe Castle and Swanage.
Sections of this downhill are over 16% gradient on damp roots and rocks and it is a lot steeper than it looks in the video.
The GoPro Hero 11 was struggling with the image stabilization on some of the more bumpy sections.
I haven't ridden this trail for several years after badly crashing over the bars on the rocky sections and damaging my wrist.
This is the first time trying the route on the newer hard tails with 29-inch wheels which seem to cope better with the rocks than the old 26” wheeled bikes.
Decided to walk a few of the more slippery sections as we didn’t want a repeat of last time and crashing again!
