  • There are many planter box DIY ideas out there and one of the best ones I found is by Steve Ramsey. You may download the plan and cut list on this link: woodworkingfor...
I just added a few modifications to make the planter more sturdy so it can accommodate a wider variety of plants. As we all crave the great outdoors during quarantine season, I hope that this video can help support the growing plant community here in the country.
The good thing about this project is it is fairly easy to do, with lots of room for minor errors. You can also make it your own by using your own choice of paint or stain for the final finish.
Here are the tools that I used for this planter box diy project:
    1. Speed Square
    2. Square
    3. 1 1/2 inch wood screw
    4. Wood glue
    5. Measuring tape
    6. Cordless drill
    7. Cordless driver
    8. Leveler
    9. Sanding blocks
    10. Miter saw
    11. 8 pcs. 1x4x8 pine
    12. Gel stain (dark oak)
We will also be giving away this plant rack features in this video! Please watch the video until the end for the full mechanics. Also take note of the dimensions of our project to make sure that it fits your space before you join.
    SIZE: Length 23" x Width 23" x Height 40.5"
