We saw this late in March 2021. Awesome! Love the front cap., better gas mileage and towing experience. I like the bathroom it's a good compromise in it's size, shower it's a bit deeper than most. The pantry shelves are adjustable. When we were in it we could envision how it would work for long trips. To be sure the gross vehicle weight limit is 7,500lbs ish. This is perfect for a big half ton. Mine is a F150 max towing, max payload.
That shower door is awful! I was wondering how it closed when I saw Haylett RV do a Cougar 22mls walk-through, now I know. I would put up a curtain rather than have to squeegee that down before retracting it or listening to that noise when showering. Not a deal-breaker but disappointing. Thanks for showing that!
Very thorough description, I really appreciated seeing the drawer compartments and pointing out the safety of the stairs. I'm looking forward to many years of adventures in this beauty with my honey.
So much really bad user advice on RUclips. The numbers are the most important consideration. I wouldn’t tow with a 1/2 ton truck or suv ever. It’s not safe!!!!
Hey Myles i no this is an older video but i have a request. Can u possibility do a review on a 2022 Premier 25 rkpr if you get ahold of one? Me and my wife are considering purchasing the model I mentioned and i would love to see it reviewed by you. Thanks Bro.
That’s a brand new floor plan and I have yet to get one on my lot. As soon as I do I will get a video of it though as I’ve been waiting for too long now to see it in person!
Why does Keystone not offer a fireplace option in the Premier Line? As a customer we're paying extra for a higher grade, why not offer electric heat instead of forcing customers to burn their propane!
@@mylesrv Thank you, I surely appreciate it! When I went over the Premier Line again, there are only two units that they offer a fireplace in, and they are both long and heavy! Those of us that are looking for a 25'-30' unit, want an electric fireplace. Rockwood is the only unit doing it.
@@NewVisionLCS Rockwoods are awesome looking rigs. Been researching them as well. Even there 2205S offers a fireplace. At 6690 GVRW they are front hitch heavy.
What are the cold weather ratings on this? Edit, “Who drinks water while we are camping right?” LOL! Me. I’m guessing you’re one of those people who adds ice to your whiskey to stay hydrated. 🤣
Towing it safely is far more important than how it looks. Most suv and 1/2 ton trucks have VERY low cargo capacities and are not adequate to tow what too many people on RUclips say is fine. Do your research yourself!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Some brand new Ram 1/2 ton pickups only have 1,000 cargo capacity which means after passengers, bed cargo and fuel leaves you about 200 lbs of tongue weight. That’s a small utility trailer with a little dirt in it. Not a 24 foot travel trailer. Be your own expert
Yes, it is considered a half ton truck if its payload is 1,000 lb. or more. But like my 2019 Toyota Tacoma 4wd double cab V6 with a max payload of 1155 as stated in the owners manual its not. Every add on decreases that payload. With 4 wheel drive, and other add ons mine is at 990 lbs. 😥
@@dusty55trotter punch in the numbers for your particular truck. Payload, towing capacity, curb wgt., Gcwr. If you add up hitch wgt. for a particular trailer, people in truck, fuel in truck, and any extra cargo loaded. If its over your payload then its a no go. If it's under good to go. Then factor in trailer dry weight, your trucks GCWR, people wgt., gas, propane (1 full 20 gallon tank weighs 37 lb) batteries 1 weighs 70-80 lbs. Camping cargo, and a wgt distribution hitch. If all that is under your GCWR then your good to go as well. Try to stay at 20% of your GCWR. Helps with stopping, and not killing your truck.
@@USNavyAR5 I have been towing for four decades. Do not tow this with a six cylinder. I think your combined weight limit will be to close. That is dangerous. You have a great truck made for long owner ship and for going off road. Stick to tent trailers and tear drops. Modern true half tons with towing packages come with electric break controllers, rear sway bars, gas filled shocks, extra leaf in the rear springs, 410, 375 ad 355 rear ends(final drive) and eight and ten speed transitions. I will refer you to youtube, TFL is a testing group of pick up trucks and suvs . A man named Kent wrote a book on pickups. So my first thought was a Ram 1500 with a 5.7 hemi and 410 rear end. I could not find this on dealer lots. So I would halve to order it. The F150, 3.5 turbo ,with max towing max payload was easy to find. It has a 2,000 lbs payload and 470 foot pounds of torque and can tow 12,000 lbs. This set up won the golden hitch award two out of three years from TFL. When it come to dealers they will sell you what you want. It is up to you to do the work and to know your numbers. On youtube you can also check out Big Truck Big RV. good luck

Great Small Trailer! Awesome Review!🤙❤️🌺
Thank you!
What's the GVW & Cargo Capacity. Users need to know that to make sure their half ton can handle it.

I love it it's perfect. How much is this one. Just standard. Amenities

Honestly, that's a great question. I'll be sure to bring that up with my Keystone rep.

Is a 2017 Toyota Tacoma considered a half ton truck? Great presentation. Looking at this model to own.

I just want to make sure that it will be able to tow it safely.

Liked it until I see the shower door….makes everything seem so cheap
One lousy shower door is not that bad for all the other great features it has in my opinion.
No Dining Table???
No theater seats,tri fold sofa
