I think this is actually alpha... like come on, that guitar was never for sale like this, we never get to see his face, the fingers could actually match alphas, and we never see his right palm, where alpha has a tattoo. An he plays the songs so smooth as if he wrote them. And also his tone is almost spot on.

Those tabs which are created by "professional guitarists on demand for this app" are completely inaccurate compered to your thing. This may be a stupid question, but at 8:52 - 8:57 (8:12 - 8:13 on normal speed) are you just picking really fast or is there some kind of technique that I'm not using to get that speed? Becuase it's like the speed of hammer-ons but your picking every note lol.

Get a tuning app and select D standard or full step down and use that.
The Fender Tune is one that’s free.
