I'll make a point of checking the film out on Prime, always looking for these sorts of films 👍 Maurten is by far the best, good choice James 👏 Lovely coastal trails there, looks very nice indeed 😀
Superb stuff as always James! 👏 Solid week of training mate. I look forward to hearing more about the summer race plans bud. Still not forgot about that run. 😎🤘
Great video I’ve been debating doing a one brand rotation and thinking of altra I’ve been logging my road miles in the escalante 3 and I’m noticing that my body is much happier in zero drop shoes
Nice plan. I have actually been looking at the escalantes 3 - still trying to use the 1s and 1.5 I have but they are v worn… not a fan on the paradigm I bought - it’s too beefy and bulky
I'm still rocking the Altra Lone Peak 5. Don't have that many miles on them...have not really done a lot of trails the last few years. The Superior remains my favorite Altra trail shoe. I also like the lone peaks for winter walking on snow or ice when I don't quite need my boots.
Interesting....I'm still using the Superior 4 so I've skipped all the recent Superior releases. The 4 has a ton of room which I really like. With about 130 miles in them they should still last me quite a while. @@-R_H
That’s a good question, I know inov8 do a great one - can’t remember its name … I tend to only use them to hike or after a run as the breath ability is nt great
I'm here for the snippets of joy! 😄👍🏻
Glad to hear it … cheers Mark
I hadn't heard of '1000km of Chaos' I'll have a look at that tonight.
Great review. 👌
It’s one, especially for you 🇮🇪!
LP8 the color is so cool!
It is … totally 👍

Thanks Martin - I actually bought the Maurten gels thinking they were 40gram of carb - but that was just the weight 😬
Love the video, the content is (as always) great. But the music is fantastic. I could listen to that all day.
Thanks… good to hear (excuse the pun!)
Was that flock of seagulls on Wednesday? 🤙

Great stuff as ever. Thanks.

It's amazing what you can do with a very small piece of equipment! 😅
…yup, I think !! 💭

Thanks … ah the superior, when things get a little dryer I think I will hVe purchase the latest one. It’s a great shoe to train (gym) too .. thanks! 🙏
Superior have been my favorite... had them since 2016 but I feel like they keep getting narrower and less volume every rendition

Awesome stuff as usual , can you recommend a puffer jacket to run in please.
