How long does a job poster need to be generated before it could be seen online on average? Thank you!
Two weeks is enough time for the job posting to be created and up online, if it's all approved. In this case it might be taking longer due to headcount limitations. Unless the position is approved by the company management, HR can't create this listing. The role might be contemplated in yearly headcount but if the department or company budget doesn't not allow it, they will hold it off. You could send a nice follow up email, saying that you've had a great feeling about the meeting and asking if there are any news about the role, since you haven't seen the listing online.
