    Wow, Joanna’s outer beauty, which really is stunning, is actually the least of her.
    She’s such an incredibly determined and inspirational person who exudes love and kindness. Which I do think is partly due to her experience in the cult, meaning, she was able to take the good from it and not let the bad taint her to such a degree that the love and gratitude in her wouldn’t be stifled.
    I am could listen to her all day. I wish her all the best, although I believe she’s more than capable of achieving anything she wants, because she’s already achieved the impossible.
    I’m sure there will still be hard times, but she’s got a heart of gold and a commitment to the truth and taking full responsibility for herself, which isn’t common, and it will look after her ❤️ thank you Joanna if you read this, for sharing your inspirational story with us 🙏🏽🥰💞 I really appreciate it and you inspire me to continue to push on through my difficulties, to face the challenges but to keep my heart full of love and gratitude 💗

    Yes, that issue half way through I also had only just realised from the other documentary and it was the most important issue in that other programme that I could see. Warren jeffs became very greedy and instead of a normal trust where all the members held the land in common Warren J presumably ignoring advice from his lawyers made it into a charitable trust in effect with no individuals owning it and it was because of that change in status from a private trust to a charitable trust which meant the state had the power to step in and start giving homes away to apostates. Had Warren J not changed the trust then legally that could not have been done. I suppose it is possible Warren Jeffs made the change illegally and thus the non apostates could get back the land but that would be a very hard case to bring as probably Jeffs forced the then board to agree in writing to change it to a charitable trust.

  • @kevinpipkin3416
    @kevinpipkin3416 2 года назад +4

    I would like to make a correction to Joannas story if I may. The taxes on the UEP trust were being paid. After the state took the trust and wanted us to start paying them $100 a month to stay in our homes thats what we were told not to pay because they were our homes and we wernt going to pay them money to stay in them. Thats why the evictions started. The UEP land was all in big plats of land and not subdevided into lots so when the taxes came due we all gave money to help pay them. There was alot of empty land that we were payinh taxes on and when people got evicted and moved out then they quit helping pay the large amount of taxes so yes the taxes got way behind

    so in the keep sweet docu you see a lot of examples of violence, and forced stuff between super young girls and older men? did that all go away when warren went to prison? also why would he ban s*x ? then no more children are born and the community will end eventually that seems confusing cause he wouldnt want that right?
    verry nice video :)

    I'm so confused I thought Joanna's story was already posted.. I swear I remember watching it.. but then I saw part 1 posted and this one the last couple days.. so what did I watch before.. I know she was in the video lol
    Edit: okay I just found it and there was another video before these.. I was getting so confused lol.. but even as I started watching it like I was having deja Vu and thought I remembered the conversation and everything y'all said .. so weird..
    Just excuse me I guess I'm having a moment.. 😂

    Amazing to me that God give us free will, but if you are in the FLDS you have zero free will.

    Why would someone agree to that kind of life. Give everything to the church including ur time and they won’t even cover the hospital bills?! I don’t understand how brainwashed must u be to think that’s ok
