Well, obviously Lee (the guy that owns 45% and does nothing), didn't really want to give away his shares - because if he did want, the most obvious and logical decision would be to give Duncan 32% of your 45% shares. That leaves you with 13% shares and Duncan gets his 32%, while the guys that actually fight for the company get an experienced Dragon next to them and don't lose any shares. Solvable in a blink of an eye.
You can see it on his face how hypocritical Lee is.

@@Paul-km9ox yes I would, I would give part of my shares because I bring no value to the company, while that part which I'm giving away will drive the company forward and make the rest of my 13% shares probably more valuable. At the same time I'm doing the right thing for my friends and colleagues because they are tirelessly working to grow the company.
So yes, I would and that's the best outcome here.

Pulse is unreliable and is NOT used to diagnose cardiac arrest. Assess for response and then assess for breathing for no longer than 10seconds. If no breathing in that time, start CPR. Airway and breathing comes before circulation and if they are not breathing then circulation for all intensive purposes doesn’t matter at that time.
Not wanting to be argumentative at all but first aid in cardiac arrests is important and I think everyone should have some CPR training and save some lives in out of hospital cardiac arrests.
I knew there would be no pulse just from a glance at the body.
If someone isn’t breathing you do CPR…you don’t fiddle around for a pulse first

The first 3 are hiding something. You don’t start a business and then when it starts making money just up and leave the area. Something happened that they don’t want to say and they’re keeping up appearances for the show.
Things happens in life and sometimes you have a good reason to move, but yeah I agree that something is fishy. He moves "to the south of England" which is also where they operate. And there's still things he could do within the company or even start trying to start up where ever he moves to.

Usually the problem is the sales side starts pushing to fraud levels and in the US Medicare fraud can lead you in fed prison , and they look at you blankly in meetings when you bring it up!
Medical fraud only lands you in prison if you’re a peasant… Pfizer and the like engage in medical fraud everyday and they are just fine.

When I was doing M&A deals for tech companies in Europe one of the lads I’d sometimes have lunch with worked on the healthtech desk and would say the same thing about Medical Directors, I always assumed he was just quite a cynical bloke but that’s interesting to hear that an insider says the same thing. Feels like companies that are related to healthcare, even those who make things that are not specialist enough to require some kind of medical R&D team always have a Medical Director on the board and front and centre on their website. Is it just that these companies think they need a medical director in a non-exec position so they look credible? Interested to know what you think @drscott7359

They checked breathing..... Not for Long enough granted! But once it's established they are not breathing you don't check circulation you start CPR
Pulse was taken out of CPR algorithm many years ago. Maybe not the best demonstration, but decent considering the environment I would say. I am an emergency phycisian and work with real CPR almost once a week.

What's your alternative? The soviet union controlled manufacture centrally and they were NOT known for the best quality or variety of products. If there is real demand for the second product then the inventor will find success whether a dragon invests or not. Look at the Tangle Teezer.
