Rosalin is so engaging it is infectious. All of the accolades expressed by others here are bang-on. Rosalin is an inspiration. What is it with these Dutch women anyway? The world is fortunate to have Rosalin and Norlay [a.k.a. “Itchy Boots”] who rides an adventure bike, alone, on the worst possible roads all over the planet - always with a smile and loaded with grace. Wow. What a wild interview and what wild stories. I guess nothing in the world tops buying a house while rounding cape horn after sailing the sourthern ocean on the longest ocean race leg and having been injured not too long before.
Indeed, I salute Holcim PRB for their recognition of a true life force by selecting Rosalin as skipper of OR-EU 2025 and with Nico, too for Vende Globe. I am so thrilled to hear and watch Rosie tell us about all she is. Thanks, Niall & OR.

I simply have to make a little declaration of love at this point. I don't know anyone who comes close to living and communicating their passion as positively and emotionally as Rosalin. This is by no means just about sailing from A to B as quickly as possible. Rather, it is about the way in which a small team can achieve extraordinary things. And also in areas that simply cannot be measured. Top performance without blind doggedness is an approach that is very difficult to find. Rosalin's smile can't leave anyone untouched ... that's impossible. I know that Rosalin will not just do a perfect job in her role as skipper ... she will be an absolute role model for all those who find themselves in this role from time to time ... like myself 😉
I have the highest respect for Rosalin, not only because she is without doubt one of the best sailors on this planet ... but because she obviously never forgets to smile despite all her professionalism ...

G-day Rosie the answer to that question was I beleve when you got throwen out of your bunk in the middle of a wild storm when was actualy flying at over 35 knotts and skipping over monsterious waves in the southern Ocean enough to put most sailors in their place on shore but not our Rosie for she was up and at it and back at her post within a day or so she is one awsome lady in my book not I am writting bout I was there part of the way anyhow it was a rough sea but with her and the rest of some the drone footage they took was spectecular I am sure you who I am , I was one the dry land compaions on your going pass us downunder I glad to here you kept youself busy in your down time building a camper I would nothing less from you my friend good on ya from virtual fellow traveler james glad to see you with a new crew. Stay the right up I wish you flat seas and a fair wind much love 🌹☘️xx)❤️

I think you are looking at old information. Boris sold Malizia II after the last Vendee Globe and used that funding to build Malizia-Seaexplorer.
