Pleas I’m desperate for help I just bought the v860ii after the older version just stop firing all the time. And now the new 860ii is not triggering to my v850ii Same Chanel same group I don’t have the ID option in the v850ii why it’s not triggering with the older version it worked Perfect
We use the bounce card (white reflector that slides out) and typically point the flash upwards if you don't have direct access to a diffuser or lighting modifier. It's great to bounce off a white ceiling rather than the harsh direct flash when pointing to your subject. Godox have released some great modifiers which produce better results called the AK-R22
Hi, can you please let me know if you are able to make the Canon EOS R5 work in ETTL and HSS together using the V860IIIC. I am having underexposed images when I keep it in mechanical shutter mode or electronic 1st curtain mode. I have also tried shooting in only ETTL mode and disabling HSS with no luck
V350 is significantly lighter and TT350 is even lighter than V350 and cheaper too while having same functionality. Whether they are suitable for macro or not I have no idea, I do not do macro with flashes.
V860iii or V350 for general purpose flash? Somrthing to learn how to use a flash with and also use for macro. My canera is already very heavy so worried the flash might add too much for when trying to stay steady for macro
Hey there, there are pros and cons for both. Specifically for macro photography I would lean towards the V350 as it is physically smaller and the weight difference is quite noticeable. In macro photography your subjects are generally small and you'll be very close up so the power of the V350 should be sufficient for that. The V860III is noticeably heavier but has higher power which would be better for things such as event photography where you need the extra power.
@@hypop I dont plan on doing any kind of event photography but not sure if id ever do any kind of portraiture which is why i wanted a good all rounder. Since my camera tends to be front heavy, is it possible for it to feel more balanced despite being heavier with the flash on? Might make it easier to carry despite the weight.
No, you're unable to charge the battery with the USB-C cable while in the flash. You need to remove the battery to charge or make sure you keep a spare.
Hi there..Many thanks for the information about the GODOX Speedlights. I have a question. Jut wondering if I buy 2 V860iii S for my sony camera, Do i need to buy the Xpro_S ??
I thought V1 Was my dream flash 📸 but will definitely buy the v860iii instead, I already have the round head adapter, and love the modeling light on front a lot better than the one on v1 (is yellow and is on top rather than front)
I think ideally a modelling light would be better positioned on the flash head rather than on the body, especially when considering the use of soft box. But to each his own 🤷🏾♂️
@@FullXposure758 V860III is better suited for wedding photographers who need some modeling light in full dark situations to to make it easier for the camere to focus faster.
I own the the V860II and I have to say I´m not impressed by the V860III. Battery life was already great, the modeling lamp is not really useful as it is not part of the head and therefore cannot be used with Bowens mount softboxes. @@MasterPloKoon Hello. I was trying to decide between the ii and iii. It will be $20 extra bucks for the iii with a 2600 mAh and $50 extra for the one with 3000mAh. It seems your 2000 seems to do you well so I may do the iii with the 2600 mAh. Opinion?

So… V1 or V860 III??
I got V1s and using with sony A7siii. It does not pre fire in TTL auto mode. Which is very annoying

Me too…. What did you do eventually
For a casual beginner getting their first flash, mostly for macro, would you advise the v860iii or v350?

So which flash do you recommend for the Sony A7 III camera, this one or the V1?
Paying a little more for V1 we feel is still the best option.
Thanks for the video. Can you charge the battery via USB-C inside the flash?

The USB-C port is only fro firmware updates
Hi there..Many thanks for the information about the GODOX Speedlights. I have a question. Jut wondering if I buy 2 V860iii S for my sony camera, Do i need to buy the Xpro_S ??
You only need it if you want to use both units remotely. One flash can obviously control another remotely.
Parabéns gosto muito das demonstrações de equipamentos, transmitem muita segurança.
Hi. Does the v860iii have the same green tint as the mark Ii and the v1¿
No issues that we've noticed so far ourselves or with customers as we also are a major retailer of Godox here in Australia.
Is there a difference in the stiffness of the v860iii's flash head rotation compared to the stiffness of the v860ii's rotation stiffness?
I can't compare but my V860 is quite stiff, swinging the flash powerfully without the camera does not change head position.
We hope you enjoyed this video! Let us know in the comments your thoughts on the V860III 😁
Does the godox V860 III compatible to Sony a6000?
Thanks
Yep. Buy it for Sony
When is v1 pro coming?
Why does the VIII have no bounce head?
There is one built in on this head, you just need to pull it out.
no review on youtube show if you can turn the part with light towards the ceiling.
You can definitely til the head towards the ceiling on pretty much all Godox speedlites.
I saw a video where it can only do it on one side@@hypop
