How many GB's of RAM I need to do something like that? Just short animations with 3D. I was planning to use 48GB but someone said to me that 96GB is the minimum if I want to make something good.
Dude thats insane. its actually not RAM. You could get away with 32 to 64 gb RAM. I would suggest focusing more of GPU/ graphics cards with VRAM. I would suggest aiming for something above 10GB of VRAM

Hey, Thanks. Just a few hours actually. Since the camera is still, the parts that take longer time would be the frames that have a lot of motion. I also turned on denoiser, So, I'd say barely an hour.

how do you find sound design elements?
I go on artlist or pond5. If I dont find what I need, I search for them on youtube where some channel upload royalty free sfx! :)
