    Another thing I'd consider while focusing on mechanics with the med ball;
    Keeping your throwing shoulder over your throwing leg/foot during the transition from middle to front. Once the weight shifts off your right leg, the power HAS to come from the torso or what's left in the torso from being torqued. The chain of power from ground to shoulder is disrupted once the center of mass shifts off the delivery leg. Another reason why keeping the hips level out the back is important. It allows you to maintain weight over the axis of rotation whether it be the left leg on entry or the delivery leg middle to front 👍🏾

    Aloha and Sawadee from Thailand, used the south African in competition, all inside the ring... I feel like I am just spinning but the hip is moving well into the throw
