Wow! Coverdale actually showed up?! I've tried to see him twice in concert. He's always cancelled...backache, toothache...I gave up. He still has one of the sexiest voices of all time....I don't mean that in a gay way either! LOL
@gsxr7operator I agree about the naturals... but,in an acoustic version you have not many instruments like keyboards, electric guitars (with their effects), bass guitar, drums, etc etc... So, you need fill that empty space and I think that Reverb is propitious. On the other hand, Reverb doesn't corrects vocal defects.

If Dio doesn't even come close to David, then why is it that David can barely make it through a concert anymore and really hasn't been able to in about 18 years?
This is good, even though he messes up a little bit here and there we can clearly see how people back then really needed to be talented in order to be a vocalist. Though, I still think his voice sounds a lot better with electric guitars, since that's how it developed.
it's really incredible. Only a guitar and his extraordinary voice just to bring us one of the best songs forever made. Long live Coverdale.
