All meat and dairy in North America and Europe is contaminated with "" prions "" ---> , Virus , bacteria , yeast , fungus , hormones .
Blood in the in the blood banks are also contaminated with "prions" avoid blood transfusions if you can ! .
      Google ---- >""PRIONS and Alzheimer's disease"
The " sewage sludge " and wastewater released into the farms and agriculture land are spreading brain disease far and wide every day.
DR . Claudio Soto, PhD, professor of neurology at the "University of Texas" Medical School in Houston, and his colleagues confirmed the presence of prions in urine.
Soto also confirmed that plants uptake prions and are infectious and deadly to those who consume the infected plants. Therefore, humans, wildlife and livestock are vulnerable to prion disease via plants grown on land treated with sewage sludge and reclaimed sewage water.
"Prion" and Virus researcher "Dr. Joel Pedersen ", from the University of Wisconsin, found that prions become 680 times more infectious in certain soils. Pedersen also found that sewage treatment does not inactivate prions. Therefore, prions are lethal, mutating, migrating and multiplying everywhere sewage is dumped.
“Our results suggest that if prions enter municipal wastewater treatment systems, most of the agent would bond to sewage sludge, survive anaerobic digestion, and be present in treated biosolids,” Pedersen said.

Fast when there is no daylight. Eat between sunrise and sunset. Let nature be your guide.
Nature gives you what you need. Eat with the seasons. You don't need the whole year the same nutrients, vitamins and minerals.
Eat only 3 meals at the same time every single day. No snacking.
Rice and mung dal or small beans are considered a whole meal with all the amino acids you need.
Make sure you wash, soak and cook it properly to make it digestible.
Make sure your meal always consist of the 6 tastes.
Organic wheatgrass powder is good for deficiency in B12.
Raw vegan is not something you can do the whole year simply because your digestion can only digest this during warm weather, only 4 months. 8 months you should eat homecooked vegan food. Never eat processed food. A plant based diet gives you energy. Eat with the seasons and eat different vegetables and fruit every day between sunrise and sunset.
Choline is in carrot, Brussel sprouts, chickpeas, cauliflower, tomatoes, peppers and split peas.
Creatine is in cranberries, arginine, glycine and methionine is in seeds and nuts, legumes and seaweed, watercress and spinach, tofu. Creatine is synthesized from those amino acids.
Look at nature and live according to nature.
I have been a meat eater when I was a child (forced diet), vegetarian since living on my own, vegan for many years. In the beginning it was sometimes processed, but the longer you are vegan you will find ways to skip processed meals. I follow now a plant based diet and eat seasonal fruit and vegetables. Only organic food, not only vegetables and fruit, but also beans, rice, dal, cold pressed oils, spices, nuts, seeds. Drink lots of water. Sometimes I enjoy home made almond milk. And I also like to make hot chocolate made with the homemade almond milk and a teaspoon of organic raw cocoa powder. No sugar in my diet, except from the fruit. No snacking in between. No evening snack. Ghee, clarified butter. Concentrated fat, water and milk solids are removed. It may not be classified as vegan, but I switched to a Sattvic diet. A diet that classifies food on giving you energy or not. All the food that I eat gives me energy. I never feel lethargic.
I love listening to everything about diet and diseases.
I wish everyone a beautiful new year and always remember do your own research. Never think what other's say is right for you. There is only one you. Nobody is the same. Everyone is special, but at the same time not more special than someone else. Much love. xx

Dr Gundry, I have been following you from March 2020. I was vegetarian since 1995, became vegan in March 2020 then had to go through Quadruple Bypass Surgery unexpectedly end of June. Since then I am on Lectin Free diet and following serious me and my husband.
I have Diabetes since 2000. I really want to work with you to help myself to reverse my diabetes.
I do listen to your podcasts and have your Longevity Paradox book and read/review often.

Eat less carbohydrates as that is the cause of diabetes. Do not take sugar. Any sugar. Eat between sunrise and sunset. no snacking between meals. your body needs 3 hours to digest your last meal. snacking in between meals interrupt this process. Maybe you need to loose 10% of your body weight, depending if you are to heavy for your own body. Eat everything organic. Everything. No .processed food. No take aways. Plant based diet is perfect. I recommend using 1 tbsp of ghee daily. It is the best way of loosing fat in my eyes. I eat a sattvic diet. I don't eat animal products, only ghee (= clarified butter, only fat, water and milk solids are removed). Focus aswell on regular bedtime and wake up every day, also days you do not work. This is the best way of loosing fat. 10pm is the best bedtime and waking up before 6am is also the best. Waking up after 6am will give you the legargic feeling. Focus on rest. Walk and do not take the car if really needed. Walk more than you sit. This is more than enough exercise for most people. If you use a car, park further away. Use the stairs instead of elevator. Make sure you get sunlight in the morning. This is good for your circadian rhythm. Eat everyday at the same time after sunrise and before sunset. No snack in between or in the evening. You can take hot milk after sunset only. But if you are vegan unfortunately that will not be an option. Drink water. 2 cups before doing anything in the morning, 30 min before each meal aswell. 1/3 of your stomach food, 1/3 of your stomach water, and the rest is for air. You know yourself if you were eating a lot of processed food before getting a bypass and diabetes. Both diseases are life style diseases. Change your life style, change your life. Food is the medicine. But wrong food causes illness. I wish you a lot of success with reversing your diabetes. You can do it! Much love. xx

There’s a big problem with the data that is used in determining so called blue zones. Much of the data was out of date even at the time it was being gathered as it was done shortly after World War Two so much of it was bad data right from the start.
Okinawa has a variety of diet mostly consistent of pork products as they are a prime pork producer shortly after the war was a time of famine with most of the pigs killed only leaving some vegetables to eat.

Thank you for accurately delineating veganism, vegetarianism, pescaterianism, etc. As a LONG term vegan, I can't stand it when people say they're vegan but then say they eat fish or dairy. UGH! I was mostly raw for quite a while, and had zero problems keeping my weight stable, but I ate A LOT of fat via nut butters, seed butters, avocados, olive oil, etc.

You know, veganism has nothing to do with diet. Its a lifestyle.
Plant-based diet, or mostly plant-based diet is what they reffer to if anything.
Veganism means that you don't harm animals, so don't buy leather etc... not jsut diet, the diet comes with it.

Add turmeric, ginger, cumin seeds, coriander leaves, ghee, mustard seeds to your diet. You have a problem with your metabolism and those food will make your food more digestible.
Do not eat when you did not have an elimination in the morning. You should have an elimination every single morning to be a healthy person. This is a sign you fed the right food to your microbiome. Best food for IBS is kitcheree (rice and mung dal) with buttermilk. eat cooked vegetables and fruit during cold months. And during warm months you can eat more raw vegetables and fruit. Cooked is always better than raw.

SOME vegans do live longer yeah, which comes as no surprise. All that is simply down to genetics. The worlds oldest person ever apparently eat lots of bacon and eggs. Does that mean IF you eat lots of bacon and eggs you'll make it to 121-122 like she did? Most likely not. She won the genetic jackpot. People over the age of 100 didn't get there because they had some super diet that nobody heard of and never tried before, no. They got to 100 because of their genetics. The vast majority of people will never reach 100 regardless of diet, unless you have the genes for it.
People never ever take that into account. Like the oldest man in I think it was England said when asked about his diet.
He said - I eat whatever was put in front of me. No questions asked.
He's a perfect example of somebody who didn't even follow a diet and still yet made it to be well over 100. Don't know IF he's still around or not. But he knew it was the genetics that gave him the long lifespan.
Seriously people need to get with reality. You can train all you want, you can eat which ever diet you want as healthy as possible. You're not gonna make it to 100 if your genetics aren't made for longevity. Simple.

Is vegan diet or fruit diet good for cancer patients? I don’t think so. My uncle was asking for food before he died. His last text to his brother was “ I’m hungry give me some papaya”. Cancer cells were once normal human cells. Due to wrong life style your normal cells changed in cancer cells. Eating causes cancer cells to grow and multiply, when you have cancer. Fasting in better. In cancer you have too much insulin in your body. Insulin is a fertilizer for cancer cells. Eat less often during the day. Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. No snacks.
You can change your life style by:
      - stop smoking
      - stop taking sugar
      - stop eating refined food
      - don't eat the whole day long.
Your body is either in a fed state or fasted state.
In the fed state you are eating. Insulin is going up and as insulin goes up its job is to tell your body to store those calories. You can store it as glycogen, which is sugar or it can store it as body fat.
When you don't eat is called fasting.
When you fast, that means your insulin is going to drop and that's the signal for your body to start pulling those calories out of storage. That is the reason you don't die every night in your sleep.
We have the ability to hold some of those calories in storage.
You can fast for many days. 24hrs. 2 days, 7 days, 30 days or many more days.
      Much love. xx

Dr. Gundry, I'm a fan and have read your book. My husband and I did the change of our diets in March and he loss 15 lbs I loss 6 lbs. I need to lose at least 10 more. I'm 5"6 165. I have G6PD and thyroid nodules. So, I still have to be careful with what I eat on the yes list. I'm at my wits end. With G6PD you cannot eat a lot of citrus based foods or vitamin C, peas or red wines with nitrates. I brought the vita reds but did read the ingredients, what is there for odd balls. I also follow eat right for your blood type and O type blood should not eat plantains any. I ate them and felt horrible but my husband eats them and feels great. He's O type also.

I'm a fan of Dr.Gundry, and i follow most of his videos, but i disagree with the idea of a blood type approach to the diet. See this link from Mr.Saladino, who talks about the science and the data behind different RCT and other types of trials on real people. Evidence is clear, and no correlation has been found between different blood types and their response to different diets, which means that we all have to eat healthy pretty much in the same way. What is healthy, we are not really sure, but we are pretty certain that blood type based diet approach will bring 0% effects on humans.

Hi Amie! I have a child with G6PD and I did not know about the citrus base fruits as the hospital never had that on the list. As for the Vitamin C I know that it is Ascorbic Acid. As you are older than my child, and would have more knowledge should I question the doctors about this? They did have on the list that blueberries are not allowed. Things are a big hmm for me now.

Humans are uniquely adapted to live on a variety of diets. However some of these diets aren't the best for longevity. Life expectancy for Masai is 45 years. Just long enough to reproduce and raise a family, which from the evolutionary perspective is "long enough"😕

The one blue zone that eats wheat has the highest rates of autoimmune disease out of all the blue zones. I don’t think the blue zones eat peanuts.

If olive oil is healthey wouldnt eating olives be like much much healthier since its not missing 99.99% of the nutrition like olive oil does. Olive oil also expire after 2 weeks on the shell. Olive oil has to be consumed with things apple cider vinegar or something simular otherwise your gallbladder wont release bile to break down the food due to the ph-level in the stomach acid is too high, which can be devastating for your health.

Dietary creatin isnt able to the brain barrier, its been proven recently. Either way taking a clean creatin supplement is healthier than the creatine found in meat which binding to heavy metals. By taking creatine supplement you can get way more easier. But creatin may lower the stroke risk in vegans together with vitamin b12.

      Vitamin E
Vitamin B12 isnt an animal vitamin, it is found in the soil. The only reason animals have b12 (which is way less then you actually need) is because it get injected into them, therefor eating meat is technically equivalent to take a low dose b12 supplement.

The reason why so many patients of yours that are vegan are sick may be because sick people tend to try different things to somehow solve thier problem including the vegan diet(s) and other diets like carnivore diet(s). This does not mean a vegan diet is bad because the vegan dont know what to do to get better and usually like all people play guessing game in months/years and they dont know who to talk to and thier situation only gets worse and worse before they finally found someone that actually know things that can help them. It has obviously nothing to do with being vegan(this may not be what you mean though) it has to do with missinformation overall. As you said the longest living people on earth are healthy vegans, not healthy omnivores.

I agree with you 98% of the time. The reason i believe that sometimes the medication might be used, is the idea that we are infected with things that our ancestors haven't been. So if we have done so much unnatural damage to our bodies (bad carbs, sugars, pesticides ..), then unnatural treatment might have a place. But still, lifestyle and diet is the way to go, and i seriously find insulting any other form of thought against this idea.

    • @carinaekstrom1
      @carinaekstrom1 4 года назад

Our ancestors could have been a lot healthier with a supplement or 2. They changed their diets because of changing environments that they were not particularly adapted to. Also, just because a food has something that our bodies can make use of, doesn't mean that every compound in that food is healthy for us. For short term health it might work fine. All that is needed for survival of the species is that we live until we ave offspring. We have no proof that older people in our ancestry were healthy on their diets.
