    Even though people may not call it a physical sport, these guys actually train a lot. Can't imagine how they're driving, making split second decisions all the while fighting huge g forces for 300 kilometres straight.

    Do Fernando Alonso training over the years if it possible as he competed in different competitions 24h of Le Mans and Indy car, it would be interesting to know what is the difference style of training for an F1 race and endurance race

    • @pinut187

    I have raced competition-level gokarts. After only 40 minutes of racing, my neck was so shot, I couldn't keep my head straight anymore. Imagine going out a curve, going back on throttle... Turning left... and having your head tilted back and to the right. XD.

    ive read that the drivers have a heart rate of 140-180 BPM during races which can "sometimes" last 2 hours. is that safe? as medical professionals advise a normal heart rate is 60-100 BPM. if they are pounding that many beats a minute is that safe in terms of long term, short term or in general good for heart health? even with these impressive drivers fitness routines and diet.

    • @VisualCentrall
      @VisualCentrall Год назад +2

      Most endurance athletes have a lower resting heart rate than average.

      @Far-cw2xy Год назад +4

      Most elite marathoners have a heart rate of more then 180 bpm during racing.

    Currently overweight (due to meds mainly) and thinking about picking up the same training excersizes. I don't wish to be buff but I just wish to be in good enough shape. The only thing I don't wish to do is change my diet as I fear a relapse later on and I don't want to be jojo-ing my weight around.
    On doctors orders I need to do some intense training at least 3 times a week for 45 minutes per day that I train. I need to be getting 86 kilograms back down to (or in the direction of) 56 kilograms that I was in my youth as a 1m68 short guy (still bigger than Yuki).

    Just try to find a workout routine of any NASCAR driver. It would be like different.
    Or maybe an endurance race driver of any WEC series.
