There hasn't been anything official, so he's still in the band for now but sitting out this tour, possibly until legal stuff gets resolved. The band hasn't made any statements, but fingers crossed things end up being alright, I feel like if things were clearcut not in his favor, he would have been kicked officially by now so I'm optimistic! Either way, Tristin has been killing it, both this tour and the Parallax II tour, it's no small feat to learn this amount of music

A couple members of the band are no longer following dustie on instagram, and given that he hasn't been on the past few tours, I feel like he's gonna be removed from the band, and the only reason he hasn't yet is due to contracts and whatnot

I was at this show and am in this video. Both nights were in my top 5 sets I’ve seen from any band.
Awesome, but I think my favorite thing of this whole recording are the bouncer dudes doing the subtle hangbanging while watching the crowd.
We were by them right up front and they were def enjoying the show !
