So, did DFW-IA or any regional airport/hanger have an oppsie with their AFFF? Those stuff are proven carcinogens. I would shut off all irrigation for vegetation too.
So an employee from the city is making their way to Corpus Christi??? I cannot believe there is not a lab in the DFW area that can analyze this water quickly and provide the state and city with the results. Talk about a lack of common sense in our elected officials. 60,000 people unable to use their water and they are driving a water sample to corpus.
@@KB-ke3fi So who tests the water on a daily, weekly, monthly basis? They only tests every 12 years? Additionally we have labs all over this area that could test and send the results back to the city and State agency. Private labs, UTSW Microbiology Dept, just to name one.

@@Tom-j2m9j I think they are flying the samples, but it still doesn’t make sense why they don’t have a lab closer. That area is very big.
@@Tom-j2m9j because having to staff up for that is extremely rare. You'd have a guy in a lab coast sitting there doing nothing for 12 years.
