I've got a couple God rolled Plasma Guns but they have crap Blessings on them. This will fix that right quick.

I'm sitting on 60k diamantine and nothing to use it on

I was running low on it when working on crafting blessings, yet with new itemization coming there will be more balance I'm looking forward to

​@chief5861 that was something I seen on all weapons I want to see shine with my builds as I would go from really good on Auric Storm Damnation to horribly bad, no cheese just fighting with my builds that were top notch
