Nevertheless, Great Design! My foam Jets are cnc cut as well. But i just cut in symmetrical sections ( left and right Tower get the same data...) The finishing includes lots of carving with a knife and sanding. So I‘m looking forward for a grbl hotwire Version (without ramps).
Hi if you have a look on this on you can see what I've used ruclips.net/video/CDRBbH7KzrE/видео.html The fuselage is fibreglass cloth and Poly-C resin and the wings were brown paper and PVA glue thinned down and then covered in Solar Film. Yes, it's a real shame but I learnt a lot and can use those skills on the next one. Thanks for watching and commenting
Thank you so much for this series of videos, i really love them, you have done an awesome job

How about the OV-10? Or more ambitious, an F-14?
Thanks for the suggestions I'll keep them in mind
What do you use as a filler? It looks so beautiful!

How much does the fuse weight after/before with Poly C?
It adds very little;e I probably only used an egg cup full of poly-c and lightweight fibreglass cloth.
