    Love the look of this...saw it being used by Luke from the Outdoor Gear review and started searching around. I have not been able to find any for sale in UK and the price is ridiculous which precludes me buying one just now. If and when the price is pitched at a more sensible level I would certainly buy one....Nice video...thanks for posting

      Thanks for the comment - Aliexpress was where I bought it from, cast me just over £80 with all the charges which I didn't think was too bad.

    I paid $60 here in Thailand. It's great as we don't have those heavy Coleman 1 pound propane canisters. Only the yanks like that junk, as I found Coleman propane heavy and expensive in Canada.

      @Wilderness Adventures UK (WA:UK) I'll have a look pal, the only other option is the ridge monkey stove but they are a bit small.. these look a really good but compact size.

  • @robertjohnston8531
    @robertjohnston8531 4 месяца назад

    You think 80 is a lot? Try looking at the jetboil base camp. You pay many times that even taking the pot and pan into account.

    Do you know if a hose is available to connect it to a regulator and larger sized calor gas type bottle?

    How are you finding the flame adjustment and knob dead space?

    • @WildernessAdventuresUK
      @WildernessAdventuresUK  10 месяцев назад +1

      It's a little difficult to turn to simmer but you can just adjust it on the gas canister regulator for the lower ranges.
      Again, dead space can be adjusted the same way... not a massive issue as I mainly use it for making coffee and breakfast so all high heat stuff.. all my stews and cooking are usually done on an open fire.
      Hope this helps

    I can confirm its brilliant for car and motorcycle camping, outdoor picnics and such. My review will be out on YT ebikecnx7239 channel soon.
    It is slightly overpriced in the West at $120 or 100GBP or more. Can buy me 2 here in Thailand for that. 🇹🇭 ebikecnx7239
