Love the breakdown of strategies and common pitfalls. The day-by-day comparison is really motivating-definitely keeping these tips in mind for my own POD journey!
You're awesome, and I'm kicking. I have an ASU Computer Student who will help me get the website up to par. Watch the changes coming over the weekend. Also I'm starting my 5 Year Anniversary on January 1st. I'll have 5 Promotions that will hopefully get some new biz.Tim
Hello Joe! Really appreciate your "genuine" effort and explanations! Keep up the good work! 👌🏼 I would like to ask you how you manage the influencer affiliate payments ?? - do you make kind of a contract? -do you offer a sample only with affiliate commissions or you also offer money for it? - If yes,do you pay them before sending the sample? - do you just send the sample and offer affiliate commission, with the hope they are going to do it? What i mean is do you just trust them? Sorry for the few questions but i feel is a topic that could be very good to discuss Once again, i think you are one of the best and more genuine to explain all of this 🙏
hey i wanna tell you something u know i love to watch anime and i made online store for pod anime designs so do you think its good niche also i love designing it . hope you will reply
Hi Joe, I have an Etsy question.. I am planning to open an apparel store for Dog lovers wherein I will be putting designs for Top 19 Top dog breeds in U.S.A and the 20th section would be dedicated to other dog breeds.. Now my question is that Should I only put 1 product that is t-shirts on my store OR Should I rather have 2-3 products (t-shirts, mugs, blankets) under each dog breed section to give the customer more buying options and thereby also increase my Average Order Value? I would appreciate your response, thanks!
Sorry I don’t sell on Etsy, if you were opening a Shopify store I’d say to open with more than just t shirts especially for the dog niche since it’s so saturated
Hi Joe, I'm a new subscriber to your channel, and I really like your videos. I'm a designer and I'm about to get into the POD business. as a beginner, I had considered starting with Marketplaces, but after being motivated by several of your videos, I now plan to create my own store on Shopify; But I currently only have $30 as a bubget. With so little money, is it possible to launch my POD business on Shopify or should I start with Marketplaces first. ? Thank you for answering me !
What happens if Etsy suspend your account after reaching a couple of thousand dollars from sales (to say so), from different motives? They will pay you those money or gives you nothing?
There are some special and one-of-one cars in my country, what do you think can be done with the help of these cars for photography and advertising? For example, to give car owners clothes of my brand
@@RealJoeRobert yea I understand that. Do you know how I can become a printer for Printful. I have my own printing business. I do DTG, DTF sublimation, banners wall graphics. I’m getting my site built as we speak
I'm really in love with the "Hey Joe, it's folks here" (:

@@RealJoeRobert that is the company, sorry did not realize that. Thought it was a different company and the transcript was not helpful. Thanks

No idea I don’t sell on Etsy they probably will hold your money

Are you selling car related stuff?
You are my Obi-Wan Kenobi 🪄
Haha 🤣
Great video. How do you get traffic to your store?.. My Facebook ad account is banned...
I spent almost half the video talking about influencer marketing
how can you ensure that nobody copies your design?
You can’t
Your total orders are decreasing from and picking later, how does that work?
sorry "may"
The amount of orders you’ll receive will fluctuate?
@@RealJoeRobert Total orders can only increase or stay flat, periodic orders can fluctuate !
Can I print and ship my own product on Shopify and Printful?
You can’t ship your own product on printful. They ship for you. It’s print on demand
@@RealJoeRobert yea I understand that. Do you know how I can become a printer for Printful. I have my own printing business. I do DTG, DTF sublimation, banners wall graphics. I’m getting my site built as we speak
@@CurryCustomzget in contact with printful, printify etc
Where do you find your influencers?
Instagram and RUclips
@@RealJoeRobert thank you
Do you pay your affiliates yourself? I had it in my head that Shopify did that. 🤔
I said they earn commissions yea.
@@RealJoeRobert But who sends them their commission? You, as the site owner, do it manually once a month, or....? 🤔
@dianes2300 I said I am using an app called up promote. With that app, I can link a payment method to pay their commissions.
I’m not sure who else would pay them commissions. Wouldn’t make sense for Shopify to fund that
