Really, more people need to talk about this. It's been quite a long time since I've heard note arrangements this good. This is the best album I've heard in quite a long time.
They had an article about this album in Prog Magazine. Lainey basically destroyed her hands to make this album. She would play piano until her hands hurt to the point where she couldn’t use her hands at all. Truly a labor of love. Great album.
I'm searching on Bandcamp every week for new artists, and discovered Schooltree a few days ago. AMAZING! This is exactly what I was looking for. Probably gonna buy their whole discography.

But I am sure that I love you! I never thought that in 2017 someone could do something that Genesis, Yes, ELM or even GG, all in their good times, would sign below. Forgive me the unforgivable delay of 4 years :-)
Thankyou so much! Very good for other musicians who still seek their inspirations in progrock recordings. It shows that progrock isn't dead yet...This is beautyful and moving! I think I'm gonna buy this.
Schooltree is from Boston, the brainchild of Jainey Schooltree. You can find this bands bio & discography on progarchives.com as well as 1000's more prog related, worldwide bands. For those in the Phila-NE PA/Central Jersey/NYC area, the will be performing at Roxy & Dukes in Dunellen, NJ on Sat., Nov,.11, 2017, sponsored by New Jersey Proghouse.
+Rand3mAnclrew +drew dominguez I get sent a lot of messages from artists asking to be uploaded to the channel, such was also the case with this album. :) Other than that, I do indeed regularly check out places like Bandcamp and then ask the artists if they're interested in having their album up on my channel.
House of Prog Rand3...There's live streaming shows with chat and even more live streaming when there aren't any shows going on. Right now listening to a few tracks on a show called The Seventh House.
Exactly! They were even more apparent on the first two albums, but they are still there despite such a bold development of style. If "female prog" means anything at all, it must needs be nothing else than this.
You can mute your computer and then skip through the video to get rid of the ads, so you can listen to the whole album uninterrupted. I don't have a problem with ads, seeing as how Marcel is a legitimate uploader who was asked to advertise this album.
Count ourselves lucky if there aren't ads in the middle of songs! Imagine: you're five minutes into some tune, really living in that musical world, and suddenly: "I GET IT ALL THE TIME!" that grating-voiced National rent-a-car guy who looks like Schwarznegger, but isn't.
This truly a masterpiece from start to finish. Chords, melodies, vocals...just perfect! There is no other prog concept album like it! I’m in love

I know. Why isn't this music a part of everyone's playlist?
My new favourite progressive psychedelic Christmas space jazz fusion album
I literally Laughed Out Loud when reading this
This is the finest prog album I've heard in years. Right up there with Steven Wilson's work, perhaps outshining some of it by a mile.
That is an apt comparison. I can't unhear the similarities - although obviously there are differences too, this would not be a Steve Wilson album
Brilliant...takes a few listens to absorb it all, stunning compositions.
it's great to find an album like this, with a lot of original and quality tracks. thank you for uploading it on RUclips.
Wow, words fail me, ambitious, wild, concept and execution way up there... Love this!

How do you find this music Bro? It's so nasty. Good find.👍
actually on NPR not long ago I think but yeah generally Marcel here has been able to show legendarily obscured artists.
I keep hearing Locomotive Breath, especially in the piano-only parts.

Does there have to be an after every goddam song?
An AD after every goddam song.

adblockplus, uBlock Origin, etc. etc., my man. Of course this sort of cuts any add revenue to the artists ... so buy it on bandcamp! : D
Count ourselves lucky if there aren't ads in the middle of songs!

How can you mention Ziggy Stardust in the same sentence as Quadrphenia and the Lamb? Like equating Spam with filler minion.
