probably got the same amount as you paid for the whole car for that 99 center garnish lol.
I paid 800 for the car, I got 500 for the garnish, I took all the parts I wanted for my VR-4, and then I sold the car for 4k, it was great lol

Thanks man! I bought this car as a parts car for my VR4 but I felt it was in too good of a shape to just scrap it, so I decided to fix it

The chassis seems a little bit higher than I thought, are the suspensions stock?
Yes these cars come crazy high from factory they look like off-roaders, yes that is the stock suspension

@@zijie-he Yea it’s too high that’s why I immediately put some lowering springs on mine, and I’ll be installing coilovers soon

Were the 99 sails and rear garnish bad or something? Sell them to recoup costs? I for sure dig the 97-98 look much more than the 99. Good job!
I only bought this car for the 99 parts, I used them on my VR4, I restored this one with the old parts and sold it. My favorite model used to be the 97/98 but now it’s the 99
I’m in love with this car I really want it to be my first project car, people say not to because of maintenance and $$ do you recommend ?
That’s just the thing man, I love the 3000GT and I’m willing to spend the money on it, it is not a cheap car to own, and if you get the VR4 you have to have deep pockets lol but if you do the proper maintenance on it, with OEM parts, it’s a reliable car

Long shot but have you ran in to issue of caliber lock up on any front Side of any of your 3000/stealth
Do you mean when braking? Yes on the ones without ABS
Oh ya I have the abs but after awhile the driver side won’t release
