Hello....I was not able to attend my previous exam. And now I am trying to book the exam. It's showing me banner your account got suspended, as I check it will force me to pay annual maintainince fees...rather than I am not able to fill up candidate form. And by skipping this step promocode you provided also not accepted. It's showing incorrect. Is there any solution for this . Or the only option is to pay fees???
@RoySarah-x5v did you try to register another account with the same details? If you are getting that error and you know you didn't try to create another isc2 account. Write an email to their support, attach the screenshot and error you are seeing and they'd tell you why or resolve it. Retake policy is if you took and failed, not if you missed the exam

I've been able to rectify this issue. Incase you encounter such, you can try to login again and go through the process like you want to buy the course, you'd be prompted to view my courses if you're already enrolled to a course. The Regular way to access the course didn't work for me then so you can try this.

Hi thanks for this video, it was very helpful. So I followed through step by step but I got error messages getting to stage 3. I submitted 2 stage successfully but I wasn’t transferred to the 3 stage. It showed error and brought me back to stage 2 Have tried like 4 times n I got same error message

I'd also not advise just creating a new one cos that goes against their policy of one account per person. So research on their exam retake policy for Isc2 cc exam..
