I was quite taken aback when I noticed this in the last Singapore Smash tournament when Chen Xingtong defeated Sun Yingsha. And now the same thing happened here. I guess it's a herd mentality, with the herd wants to side with and so cheer for the more likely winner. It was not about cheering for a good point, an amazing rally, an exceptional maneuver, or even your own country, but more about cheering that "MY side won". If I am in Sun Yingsha's shoes, I would be embarassed to have fans like that.

Anyway, it's a wonderful match. We cannot deny that sun yingsha, shasha, is the female table tennis player in China who has the most fans. But from her beating ito mima in Tokyo Olympics to defend the honor of Chinese table tennis national team, to her dedication to mixed double, women double, and women single during this Paris period, it is obvious that she is such a player having a bright heart that only loves table tennis and China. The rude behavior of some fans, we even do not know whether he/she is a true fan of shasha, cannot represent the attitude of all the fans to Meng. I think that day's Meng is almost that one during Tokyo period. I'm happy to see that. And also fully respect and love to Shasha. There is no invincible general in competitive sports. @@rockyshi9609 When Chen was asked what is her secret to success in this match, some crazy fans shouted at her and blame her for winning too many net balls. Chen seemed annoyed for a second and decently replied that she was lucky indeed. I think it’s really disrespectful to shout like that during interviews. These fans just unhappy with Chen winning the game.
I'm a bit concerned about Sun YS fans. I feel that they should respect Chen Meng more. In the game of table tennis, edge points aren't only about luck. If they happen too much on your side, that means you're highly skilled. As much as I like Sun as a player, Chen is at TOP FORM and is able to reflect all damage done by Sun YS. Hey she's from China too, give some respect to her like your idol will too.

CM played good in this match and she also was blessed by God with the edge scores in the her decider game. I said congrats to her, but felt uncomfortable when she said in the interview:" ... the audience should know how to watch games correctly, and know to deal with win or loss". As one of Sun Yinsha's fans, I am happy for Sun's win and I feel bad for her loss. I only say to my idol: it does not matter, find the problem and solve it. I can only say congrats to CM. If this means I disrespect CM, fine. Whatever.

从陈辛同和钱天一的比赛开始，就已能看出这次比赛已有按排！陈辛同和钱天一连表演的性趣都没有了！虽然陈梦拿第二已能获得奥运单打姿格，但是世界排名还是第三，如果奥运一但取消了同协会回避的原则，到时孙颖莎和陈梦就有可能分到一个半区，这样就会在决赛前自相残杀，并增加了丢冠的可能性！对手不尽力，当然觉得孙颖莎和陈梦好厉害！现在还不知道，日本队的那三个·是否也是有意放的！因为陈梦在世乒团体赛输给早田的那场球让这种说法成为可能！
