Southafrican after reinstated into cricket in 1992 were the most dangerous team in world cricket. Each player had never say die attitude & would give his 100%. Late Hansie Cronje, Donald, Jhonty, Vessel, Macmillan, Cullinan, Kirsten, were class apart. 92, 96 & 99 were South Africa cup but lost due to bad luck.

Gentleman actually English team was more unfortunate than south african team because in 1992 task of scoring 22 runs in 13 balls was a big challange so englad was favorate even in regular
course of play and south africa bowled only 45 overs which can be considered as a purposefull activity as they had possibility to do so as first bowling team , English team lost great chance of adding minimum 40 runs as per average scores of 1992 era in last 5 overs which saved south africa from chasing a score of 293 runs in 50 overs which was a huge score in 1992 and that too against good team like englad. I consider this result a a natural justice given to English team by sudden rainfall. And before starting of world cup all teams have agreed to all rules so no need to cry afterwards and to blame organisers. It was natural justice as English team team didn't took disadvantage of rules like South african team did in first innings and rainfall made natural justice
