Saved my life. After I took my car in to get the airbag replaced due to the recall, it seemed the service center either forgot to plug these back or "forgot". Either way, I wish I saw this video sooner. Thanks!

Exactly my problem as well. After airbag replaced I couldn't get things to work. Sure enough they never reconnected that big plug under the panel. Many thanks!!
I have the exactly same car but I am not sure if the car has Bluetooth. It has the phone button 🔳 but anytime I press that it says no phone please help me.
I opened all like the video and I found every panel was connected... And still not working AUX panel, when I press the button in main panel nothing happens, just only a little blink in the screen, I don't know what to do now 😢😢😢😢
Hey bro.. I'd you have sync module? Or... For what is the phone button? I have a 2012 fusion and.. told me that it has commands voices ... But.. the phone button is not working... Just display not found phone.. :v
Your car does not have the sync badge by the shifter. That means the car did not come with the sync module, so it is missing the bluetooth items and microphone in the car.

Great help! Found two unplugged connections. Console power point now works; AUX & Sync may be another story. Never give up.

It does not. I have that to idk why. Buy it doesn't come with the 2011 se fusion model. You have to upgrade to get the Bluetooth feature.

My Sync stoped working ,Pull the fuse out #32 i belive ,pulling the battery did not work PULL the Fuse
