I went through all of this too back in 2019, I have Tachycardia and PoTS and am on ivabradine. Had to come off when I had my boys! Wishing you all the best ❤

I was diagnosed with AVNRT (atrial ventricular nodal re-entry tachycardia) and Atrial Tachycardia a couple years ago. My heart rate would go up in the 140’s for no reason sometimes. I had surgery for the AVNRT and grew out of the AT (yes that’s a real thing😂) sending love❤❤
My heart does that, I could just be sitting and my heart goes up to 140, it’s been up at 200 before but it also drops dangerously low

I have this same exact problem i am so sorry i feel it makes me worn out and sometimes cranky... I took two high blood pressure meds they made it so worse I almost had a stroke. I got a two week heart monitor and they found things seemed normal. I had an echocardiogram and have a great cardiologist at Dartmouth hospital here in New Hampshire ❤ I'm just scared because mine i do believe is extreme stress related too personal to mention on here the reasons❤ please pray for me that my little girl and I get out of this stressful situation 😔

As someone who also has a heart condition and has a resting bpm at around 120-130 (wpw, svt, pots, atrial valve defect all contribute) I completely understand the anxiety. Especially considering you’re pregnant. I’m very sorry you’re going through this! I really hope everything goes well. I know it can be weird when you have a congenital condition and someone says get better it can be kind of frustrating when you’re going through a lot of stress but I really do hope everything goes well while you’re off your medication.

I have the same thing! it sucks! I got what is called is a loop recorder, they implant a small device to monitor the heart rate continuously and it has helped A LOT!

I lost my dad when I was 5 years old. He died of an unexpected cardiac arrest due to clogged artery on his heart. 😢 it makes me think maybe I should get tested like you have done Caitlin. It does worry me xx

Aww I'm sending you lots of well wishes and positivity. I have mitral heart regurgitation and was born with it, I've had 2 heart surgeries as a baby and a teen (I have a proshetic heart valve) but because I'm 30 now (with no kids) they've advised I start trying for a baby (been trying for 5 months) because they want to do heart surgery to replace my prosthetic heart valve to a metal one (after pregnancy) and because the metal valve is high risk during pregnancy it's the only baby I can have. I'm lucky I get to go through this with my soulmate. (also have to be observed every six weeks during pregnancy, I've also had so many heart monitors on me growing up and echo cardiogram etc) Stay strong 💕

Omg I literally have Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia!! I have never heard of anyone around me that has the same exact condition because there are different variants of it. Sometimes it feels like we are trapped inside our own bodies.❤

I have SVT and I have heart palpitations,low heart rates,high heart rates into the 300s and will not come down throwing up and blacking out so I understand heart monitors suck but the have to sand your chest sometimes and omg ekgs suck to it’s so cold ❤️ sending love to you and your fam ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I also have a heart condition called polimeri valve stenosis or PVS for short while means my polimeri valve is too small or narrow I had to have an operation at 2 days old and I go for check ups every year to make sure my heart is ok, so far it is touch wood and I don't need another operation in the future touch wood. Hope you and the baby are ok ❤❤
I have IST too! Weird thing is that you got put on meds for your heart rate being around 110, but my average heart rate is 120, and the doctor said it’s not fast enough for them to put me on meds or anything.

I hope she will be okay. As my brother, he has a heart condition and he needed surgery or he wouldn’t live. We were really sad, I was crying every night. But now he’s fine. He just needs 1 checkup a year

Caitlin, i have a great condition called SVT or super ventricular tachycardia so I have similar symptoms to you my sinus rhythm is always high but my heart rate is always higher too. When I was pregnant with my first daughter they ended up taking me in for an emergency induction because I had been in the hospital for a week and a half and my heart rate was anywhere from 1:20 to 1:50 and would not come down so they admitted me and decided to do an emergency induction at 37 weeks so I know exactly what you're going through and what you're experiencing, it makes you feel so strange! I will be sending you all of my love and Good vibes and I will be praying that things get better! Us heart condition girlies map to stick together LOL
