No talking, just walking. Exploring the English Countryside. A nice gentle walk to the top of Cat Bells in the Lake District. We start by Derwent Waters edge and make our way around the base of Cat Bells Mountain before ascending to the top. It is my most challenging walk to date and I really enjoyed every step. A lovely walk, do enjoy.

Hi there, I‘m Dave! I've lived in the English Countryside all my life, and I love it! I enjoy walking, and couldn’t help but notice just how beautiful the UK can be away from the cities. I found myself inspired and decided to get some camera equipment and make some walking videos so I can share my walks of the beautiful countryside with everyone!

I use the free version of Davinci Resolve 16 to do some really basic editing. Mainly making sure the sky isn't over exposed. It's from Camera straight to RUclips. No cuts, no fancy business, no talking, just walking.

I never made it to England in this life, but am Scotch/Irish by birth. I have always had a strong connection to England since I was a small child, past lives, I think. So thanks for taking me places I will never get to walk in this life. Perhaps we can walk together in the next world!. Thanks for all you do! Love it. You are a truly beautiful soul! :)))

But no publicity is necessary: its mere presence in the Derwentwater scene is enough. It has a bold 'come hither' look that compels one's steps, and no suitor ever returns disappointed, but only looking back often. It has only to be seen from Friar's Crag - and a spell is cast. No Keswick holiday is consummated without a visit to Catbells."
It does indeed cast a spell. I was filming it having not walked it before, when that final ascent reveals itself, oh wow! Easily my most memorable walking experience so far!
The view from Skelgill Bank was gorgeous! Sounded like it was a bit of a strenuous climb but must have felt good for you once you got to the top! I almost felt the effort in my own legs. 😁😁😁 Thank you for a spectacular walk! WOW! The view from Cat Bells!! I might have missed your commentary about Cat Bells. I'm curious about the history of the names of all the places you visit.
it was one of my toughest walks so far, but oh so worth it, I'd happily do it again and again! Reaching the top was a delight after that last section! unfortunately history is not my strong point, Cat Bells is certainly an intriguing name of a Mountain.

That's wonderful to here, I fully recommend this walk, bit of a climb to the top, but is well worth it!
Walked up to the top with my wife on a hot summers day I was seventy years old than , went down the other side which was a bit of a struggle 😅
