No talking, just walking. Exploring the English Countryside. A nice gentle walk along the turbulent River Aira Beck. A river that has many waterfalls that is located North of Ullswater in the Lake District. We walk down steam in the gentle Autumn rain before crossing the River and walking back upstream on the other side. A lovely walk, do enjoy.
My 138th of hopefully many RUclips Walks.

About Dave's Walks
Hi there, I‘m Dave! I've lived in the English Countryside all my life, and I love it! I enjoy walking, and couldn’t help but notice just how beautiful the UK can be away from the cities. I found myself inspired and decided to get some camera equipment and make some walking videos so I can share my walks of the beautiful countryside with everyone!
I mainly focus on small towns, villages, picturesque landscapes, rolling hills and mountains, forests and canals, all along the coastlines in England, Scotland, Wales, and who knows maybe one day further afar!
I upload every Sunday 11.45am GMT (3.45am PST) (6.45am EST) (5.15pm IST) (9.15pm ACST)

I use the free version of Davinci Resolve 16 to do some really basic editing. Mainly making sure the sky isn't over exposed. It's from Camera straight to RUclips. No cuts, no fancy business, no talking, just walking.

I absolutely LOVE the addition of the captions/text you provided for this Dave mate. You keep elevating your videos. Fantastic job on this walk.
Hello! Nice and beautiful 😃Thank you for your lovely sharing. Have a wonderful day 😊
Wonderful walk. I did not need my hat or my umbrella!
I like walking in the scenery on rainy days.
However, it is difficult to shoot.
Shooting while holding an umbrella with one hand and holding a gimbal and camera with the other.
It's a tough, but beautiful footage!!
I love the rainy/watery walks the most. 🌧
It's a wonderful ride from start to finish.
An enchantment.
Waterfalls everywhere, water swirling all over the place.
And dangerous trees, stones and even mushrooms.
A walk that can be dangerous because the paths are sometimes non-existent, stony, slippery, or frankly on the edge of the abyss.
So, you have to be sure-footed when you're with an umbrella and a camera in your hands.
It really is a superb walk!!.
Thank you Dave
😀😀😀😀😀
a wonderfully watery forest bath. thank you dave. :)
i'm impressed with how the run-off is channelled into the stream.
Wow... fantastic nature view
Loved loved loved this! The close up of the mushrooms were awesome. I liked your captions for mushrooms too, very informative!
It takes your breath away.
What a beautiful walk. Thanks very much.
Another nice walk, that I am walking a second time. Very pretty and insurpassable with the falls and the rain having fallen.
Glad you enjoy it! Was indeed a great walk!
Beautiful.
Love this rainy day walk~felt like I was in the worlds of J.R.R. Tolkien and George Macdonald ❤️

Absolutely lovely video and such a delightful area too. 💖
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks for the walk! That river sure was going hard
There had been a lot of heavy rain during the night! I was quite looking forward to what the River was going to be like! It did not disappoint!
I have been watching this on loop, very relaxing. Thank you for sharing your beautiful walks! 🧶
Deslumbrante essas imagens das aguas
👌👌👌🙏🙏🙏
Thank you so very kindly, it goes along way to helping me keep the channel going. It is highly appreciated!
I just love water, beautiful scenery and that rushing water kept me captivated. Does it always run that fast or was this after a lot of rain?
Thank you for sharing. ❤
This was after a lot of heavy rain, although I suspect this river is still impressive even during dry periods!
Fantastic! What mic did you use?
just a simple rode micro microphone :)
@@DavesWalks What type of Rode microphone?
a micro microphone :)
@@DavesWalks lol
Some parts look kinda dangerous though.
They certainly are dangerous, care should be taken around this area and I wouldn't advise it for small children.
I hope I'm not overstepping the mark with this comment: the walk was beautiful but I was slightly concerned at some of the risks you seemed to be taking. You walked a muddy, slippery path next to a river more dangerous than usual for being in spate with a camera-pole in one hand and a brolly in the other and even stood on the edge several times. One slip or trip at the wrong moment and there wouldn't be any more walks for anyone to enjoy. As I said it was a nice wander but I'm sure I speak for everyone when I ask you to please be more careful. Thanks.
I did careful planning before any filming, every footstep was taken very slow and with care, I am only looking paying attention to my feet and hands and position, trusting and hoping my camera is pointing in mostly the right direction. There were a few places I wanted to film but I just wasn't happy with the location and so I avoided it. That said I will off course be more careful, and thank you for caring! It is good knowing people care!
@@DavesWalks I'm glad you didn't find my comment preachy which in hindsight I thought it may have been. The main reason I did was because I do quite a bit of walking up on Dartmoor - and along its rivers - and one of the first pieces of advice I was given is to stay well away from them after heavy rain. The same obviously applies near any watercourse. Thanks for your forbearance.
Good
