    The bulb must have gotten very bright. I hope you wear sunglasses but with 2000 a soldering mask. Ver nice bulb 👍

    How hot this thing gets compared to a halogen or incandescent lamp?

      Outer glass is up to 600 degrres celicus

      @@LampLuminance depends on wattage of the bulb not 600 all the time but between 200 to 600 the arc tube is very hot

      Halogen can reach 900°C +, this maybe just 600-800°C

      @@Altamira-Arazz Incandescent is already hot. I wonder how hot a 1,500 watt incandescent gets. My 300 watt reached 450 degrees Fahrenheit after 20 minutes of operation.
