What inline fuse did u use 0.25a?
Thank you, sir!! Tremendous help for my DIY rigging 12 volt pump to use for off grid shower rig!! my water heater died & I made a shower rig with parts & pump for stove heated water!❤
You welcome.
My shower rig works great!! Does stop & start sometimes though. quick tap on pump zip tied to battery box lid gets it going again. I don't think it is the pump but the cheap toggle switch from auto parts store. Gonna try rewire job & maybe a new waterproof switch! It is only12volts, but the switch is metal & I to change it or figure away to make a rubber cover plate for safety! THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR TREMENDOUS HELP ! STILL NOT GOT WATER HEATER UP & RUNNING, BIGGER JOB THAN I THOUGHT! JUST SAYING!!
I'm working on a project and could use some ideas. I'm designing a cabinet to house my radio equipment, which tends to generate a lot of heat. I'm planning to incorporate 3-4 12V fans into the design, each with its own switch. The goal is to provide ventilation without having all the fans turn on simultaneously every time the power supply is switched on. Any suggestions for how to set this up effectively?
Is there a link to the battery you used?
Thank you for taking the time to make this video, very simply explained at a nice pace, love the voice.
You welcome.
Well done. To the point and easy directions to follow. Thank you very much.
Do you need the inline fuse on the wire from the switch to the battery if you are also using a relay for a cars radiator fan? There is a fuse from the battery to the relay but the switch will have a wire to the relay and a wire to the battery. Thank you
Yes you needthe inline fuse.
@@AlwynNicholas Thank you for the response

New subcriber master, can you teach me how to wiring on/off hallow swicth.? Thank you.
You welcome.
I don't have any hallow switch.
thank you mister
I understand the whole open and closed circuit. But why can’t you just hook the negative wires together and the positive together and put females on them and connect the negative and positive to each prong..?? I know the flow has to be consistent and a break in one wire to open and close the flow of power. I just was never told why u can’t do it the way I mentioned.. thxs for any logical knowledge you give appreciate it..
It will not work like that.
Cuz when you turn the switch on and off, you're breaking the connection of the live wire. So when you have the switch turned on, the 2 prongs become connected. If you put positive on one and negative on the other, it's just going to blow a fuse. Hope that makes sense.

So this switch being 2 prong is basicaly a positive interrupt.
What does that even mean
@@7ate9100times It means it's wired into the positive line whereas a lighted switch needs to be wired differently .
@@bold58 thank you. I struggle with electricity stuff
