Classically trained chef in a food truck🤦🏻♂️delivering high level cuisine. High praise indeed. Hawaii is starting to sound like a bargain. Shaved ice will be my first stop. Tabi Eats is comfortable in both cultures. Consistent ASMR. Thanks Algorithm!
I want some chicken sandwiches from Eighty Chicken Sandwiches now and shave ice! Thank you for the yummy episode Shinichi and Satoshi and Niki too lol! Aloha =)
This is an hour drive from my house but it's sounds like I need to get up on the weekend and get myself over there. Thank you, all your food videos from Hawaii this year have been great!!
I thought it help having eaten dinner before watching your video, but no! I am drooling! Thank you also for the tour and naming the sites along the way!
Eighty Chicken Sandwiches…..WOW! Just WOW! The chef is truly passionate about his craft. The oil in which he fries his chicken and potatoes in, is clean. His kitchen is clean. The chicken breast is amazing, and that sauce! Everything about his food and his food truck is made with love. I started following him on Instagram, and I will definitely visit the food truck, one day-when I can get back to Hawaii. I hope sooner than later. I need to see my ojisan. Thank you boys and sister Niki for sharing your lunch and the yummy shave ice with us!
WOW! Those were the biggest chicken sandwiches I've ever seen! I'm _so_ glad you all enjoyed them. It was the shave ice that really got my mouth watering--especially Satoshi's fruity combination. Mango, coconut, and lychee sounds delicious! Nice to see Kahuku again. Thank you for another wonderful Hawaii video!! ❤️❤️❤️
Yes Satoshi chicken breast can be good and tender if it's prepared right. The key is a good marinade and to tenderize the chicken as well. That sandwich looked incredible. I love how he just threw the fries on top like that. Wish I could try it.😋
You both reall really miss Hawaii food…..that’s satisfying for you both to come home to the island. Good video…..learn about the hidden treasure of eating places….
I'm so glad you guys were able to get away to Hawaii and see your family out there. Hopefully things will be back to a closer semblance of normal soon.
My goodness guys😋. How am I ever going to be able to try one of those delicious looking Eighty chicken sandwiches? Living in Minnesota and not having the funds to visit Hawaii anytime soon, I will just have to enjoy living vicariously through you Shinichi and Satoshi. I am really jonesing for one of those spicy chicken sandwiches though! Thank you guys for another fun video. Love you two🥰!!!
OMG! Brought back lotsa memories of my duty assignment at Trippler! And loved being in Hawaii! And love you sharing your food and travel adventures! Chicken looks so tasty!! Added bonus the view
Watching Satoshi review food is such a treat, i love the zest and detailed explanations, it is really heartwarming. Thanks so much for this video guys, now i want chicken!
The sandwiches looks so delicious (OMG, huge) and so are the shaved ices. Thanks, Shinichi and Satoishi for showcasing these eateries; Can't wait to make it to Oahu....
The chicken sandwich looks awesome and I love that the owner only use his food as commercial and he doesn't need colourful foils on his truck and it's also awesome that Adam is using a cardboard box without colourful prints for his food. Food court and food truck food is so often packed in plastic, in paper with foil at its back side ..... And he only needs plastic for the sauces (there's nothing else usable) and the cardboard box. That makes him very special in an extremely positive way.
I grew up on the north shore and have never tried this! I cant wait to go there it looks so ono! I also loved watching his video and NikkiNikki's from behind the scenes. Aloha🤙🌺
I want to tell the two of you I’m having the most depressing miserable week. So I thought I should watch your videos hoping it would cheer me up. I haven’t started yet I’m sure it will work. I hope it does anyway. Right now I feel like I’d like to find a cliff and walk off of it. You’re both such nice people. I really enjoy your videos. You’re so blessed to have each other. I realized the other day you both said The year you were born. I can’t believe you guys are in your 50s. You definitely do not look like you’re in your 50s. I’m 61 and I’m told I don’t look like I’m that old either. I don’t but you look way better than I do. Thanks for sharing your videos they’re always so cheerful and upbeat. Take care of yourself and each other.
Their videos help. My husband died & I’m lying in a bed in ICU. I’ve no idea when I’ll be going home & I have to deal with all the details and business of my husband dying as soon as I step foot out of here. Thank goodness for my son & tabieats, or I’d be a ball of goo in this bed. ✌🏻😊💕
You guys are so AWESOME, i love watching your contents so much, my new favourite people for sure :) omg that chicken sandwich looks tasty, definitely needed a bigger bun to compensate all that meat, wish you guys so much happiness and to more food vlogs xo xo
Thanks for sharing this part of your trip to HI! I haven’t tried that chicken yet, so next visit I will definitely trying the spicy one! Not only are the views amazing, the food is something special!
Now that's a burger 🍔, love the guys passion for food and taking the time to make his own homemade chips and dessert 🍨 excellent 🍟 TabiEats those are giant size portions, wow you must have been full as a bull in Hawaii . Love seeing your sister in the video to that as a nice surprise. 🤗💛👍
Wow what a large chicken sandwich and delicious shave ice. Glad to know that Satoshi likes this chicken sandwich and his face looks so content. This chef sure knows what he is doing with much details. I have to try this in the future. Thanks for sharing.
Aloha 🌺 Shinichi & Satoshi & Niki! That sandwich could feed 3 people! Sugou! Used to make shaved ice for an okasuya that was in Farmers market. Hisago. The secret is the blade, it needs to sharp. Your syrup should be cold as to melt the ice. Aloha!🥰
I took my friends family to Hawaii and he comes looking for me and says I have had the best Chicken sandwich in my life. I was like OK man, he says you have to get this. So I got it and said yup this is the best chicken sandwich!!
Awesome video, helped me destress from an insanely stressful morning. >.< I really want to make sure I try this place, because hopefully they’ll still be running when I’m finally able to go out to Hawai’i. One note though, maybe don’t use the “C******n” term? I’m not Chinese, unless you want to go SUPER DEEP into the fact that my ancestors(Ainu) came to the land that would become Japan, from the land that was and would become China, but gods know that does not come even close to counting, and I therefore have no right to the opinion of this term being offensive or not. But I happened to be at my hair dresser, and she is Chinese, so I asked her about it. I showed her video, and she said that although she could tell it wasn’t intentional, and understood what the context was, she did find it offensive. Obviously this is only one opinion, but I wanted to make sure I brought it to your attention. I will say that although I’m not Chinese, I have had that term used towards me in racist context(cause racists don’t even bother to find out “which type of Asian” anyone is, and have no creativity 🙄), so I don’t have good history with the term, either. Again, all just food for thought, loved the video overall, and can’t wait to see what you have next!
I'm with Satoshi. I'll eat breast meat, but I prefer thighs any time I can get it. I think the marinade acted like a brine, which helped keep the chicken juicy.
Fried chicken with hot sauce / ranch/ pickles and then a snow cone, in Hawaii, omg fabulousness !!!
mmmm that food truck looks deliciuos!!! and such beautiful beach views at the end!!!!
Those Chicken sandwiches, though!

This brought back so many memories for me, it was 2015 when I was last on O'ahu and this just brought everything back to me
Yes Satoshi chicken breast can be good and tender if it's prepared right. The key is a good marinade and to tenderize the chicken as well.
That sandwich looked incredible. I love how he just threw the fries on top like that. Wish I could try it.😋
There's something so admirable about taking something seemingly so simple and doing it well. Those sandwiches looked incredible.
I love the music you used in this video. Music from the past.
I thought the same thing. The music was lovely.
You both reall really miss Hawaii food…..that’s satisfying for you both to come home to the island. Good video…..learn about the hidden treasure of eating places….

@TabiEats Eighty Chicken looks like the “Five Guys” (A Famous American Burger Chain) of Chicken Sandwiches! They almost bury you with fries!
That looks so delicious! We tried Giovanni's and we thought they were pretty salty. Jenny's shrimp truck was so delicious though!!
At 5:32 you can see the spirit of the chicken floating away👻

You make me hungry
Hi Nikki, Satoshi, Shinichi ♥️♥️♥️
I couldn't eat that without cheddar cheese. And you ABSOLUTELY need hot sauce.
🤤🤤🤤
"Better than I had at some fast food place." Alrighty then.
They're avacado burgers are massive
