Jellyfish. haha. Yeah, our drummer is in another Reggae band and that is kind of his jam. He's super fun to jam with. Yeah, that Ampeg sounds so good with the jazz bass. :) Keep rocking mate.

Hello. I watched your video, I listened to the audio, and it was a little difficult to hear all of the separate instruments, understanding of course that it wasn't recorded in a professional studio. That being said, you guys do know how to play very well together. I went back and listened to the Cure playing their song and played along with it myself on my guitar. From what I can tell is that you are playing it correctly, except maybe a little too fast, which happens when you are playing live. I know I do. You do have a hell of alot of pedals. Lol. I give the sound quality a c minus, but the actual playing of that song a B+. That is just my initial take on a very short version of what I know you are capable of doing. Space yourselves apart from each other farther. That would help for making that type of video. I hope this isn't too long. I love the concept. Keep Rockin '! 😊

Thanks for the feedback. Yeah, the audio is going to stink for a while since I am just using my iPhone. haha. Just a cool way to document everything in a lo-fi kind of way. We have a lot of technical things to work out, but we are on our way. The sound is much better in the room and my amp sounds really good now. I do have a lot of pedals, but still kind of figuring out what will stay and what will go.
I think we are going to need to move his kit in the room to kind of tweak the setup a bit. Time will tell. And…yeah when we are playing songs by groups that have more members, we will have to make a decision on what parts are the most critical. The Cure song for example, they have multiple guitarists and a keyboard player, so you just need to pick what has the most vibe.
Keep on jamming dude. Lots more to come.

@@mrelmoresmusiclab Just to reiterate, when I said you, I meant the band as a whole. It takes time. Having fun doing it has to be a big part of it as well.

it would be interesting to see the 'sand' work you'll put on the guitar. I'm planning on buying the same guitar (is that or the Fender Meteora, also a humbucker with single coil split guitar)

Yes, for sure. I’m gonna have to do some research and definitely will have to do a video on that. I’ve heard great things about those fenders. Let me know how you like it once you get it. The PRS is truly amazing though. Just got to get neck sanded down. lol.
