2½ cup urad well Soaked
¼ cup laal masoor
2 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
¼ cup onion
2 bay leaves
1 kg meat
½ cup oil

I belong to Noorpur district bijnor and I know the value of urad chawal.It just can't express in words. Every wedding is incomplete with urad chawal here. But zeera rice with little orange colour is been served with urad . That's missing here.btw nice recipe
