You would rotate it for Mario & Luigi Bowser's Inside Story if you are playing on the 3DS and are at the beeg bowser section since you need to rotate.

@Mod monster when I try to play super Mario 3D land it launches the game and it works fine but after a few seconds later it freezes and it stays in that position forever and I’m wondering what I could do to fix this problem

The canary builds are built more often, meaning that you get the latest performance improvements faster, at the cost of the builds being less stable.

Not usually, but if you enable developer mode then you can install it since Chrome OS is based on Linux. You would have terrible performance though.
