I understand the feeling, I played Modern Warfare and Black Ops Cold War mainly because of the new movements and Zombie for Cold War
They’d have to reinvent the whole series or create an entirely new ip for me to be interested

Telling that to the COD community is pointless. Probably the most brain dead game community out there. Most of them can barely function the game console they play COD on.
pre-order has given companies a lower bar and gamers refuse to realize this.

They’re taking the ghost recon wild lands/ breakpoint approach. Where you can do whatever you want to get the mission done. Some people like it this way

@@generalzod5944 They're clearly referrencing the KGB Headquarters mission from Cold War where there was 4/5 different ways to complete the main objective and a plethora of sub objectives which you can complete in an order of your choosing to complete 1 of those choices of main objective, it was very reminscent of the old 007 games and became a fan favourite for those that played the Cold War campaign, all this to say that they're most likely doubling down on this style of mission and I'm all for it

We dont need to imagine, we know. A lot of this devs made stuff like the Tony Hawk remakes and then Activision came in and said well screw you, you're making COD now or helping blizzard.

Thinking the same. Lots of people play call of duty as their lives. The majority of tryhards will reach level 1000 before the game is a few months old

The entirety of this was all about the experience and whatnot but finally the hud, being usually a fixed element in CoD, receiving customization truly nails it in that they want players to play how players wanna play.

I haven't bought a COD in a long time. I will DEFINITELY be buying this! The Omnidirectional movement is EXACTLY what I've been wanting. In the old black ops games, you could at least dive and shoot at the same time. This movement should be the gold standard moving forward.

I left the COD franchise since BO2. Still in BF3/BF4 until to this day. Everything in both franchises simply went down since the last BF4 DLC.
