Haggis: Do NOT Google it, people! The food all looks wonderful, and though I've seen bits and pieces of footage of Edinburgh here and there over the years, you really give a feel for the place with your travels through it; it's so picturesque! Thanks for posting : )

I do love haggis and found some wonderful vegan haggis in Edinburgh. I don't remember where it was though - definitely not Henderson's. I think it was made with lentils and oats. The main flavoring is black pepper. So good.
