Bayle is probably the best dragon souls boss we gotten since Darkeater Midir just out of pure spectacle and epicness.
I liked him more than Midir personally. I enjoyed Bayle being less of a tank and trying to occupy my whole TV screen.

He’s fromsofts best dragon.
Demon prince is a better dragon than midir.Both of them.
Midra and Messmer are my fav in the dlc.
Metyr looks like something out of bloodborne
I would put Midra up higher and Gaius lower. I really liked the Needle Knight Leda NPC arena boss fight -I hope FromSoft does more of these type of Battle Royale fights, the OST was cool too.

I did it on blind playthrough and since i missed every npc side quest, they were ganking the shit out of me. Its the only fight in dlc where i used mimic tear to win.

Ahh solo, I can see how it’s definitely harder that way. I specifically liked following all their quest lines so I had the 2 NPC summons and IMO that really makes that fight shine. Just limbs and back stabs flying everywhere -staggers and counters left and right. One suggestion I would have for FromSoft is in some of the combat, where I can do more combos and specials. Messmers snakes as a spell or incant would also have been very cool & that beam that Midra does.
All of Tyrannicon's lore seems to check out. I learned many ancient secrets today.

Loving the reworked lore of the bosses
My favorites were leda 3v3 gank arena because I did every npc quest and the fight actually really hit my feelings and of course messmer 10/10 design, gameplay, lore, soundtrack everything was perfect. Top 5 bosses they ever created as well

I wish there was more bosses like the ogre duo guarding margits great rune, i liked the dark arena.

Gaius is not a good boss. That is all.
Bayle and Radhan were just dreadful bosses... at least on NG+7 ^^ Bayle is just an infinite fight against a fucked up camera und Radhan is so over the top with his attack combos it's infuriating. there is not really mutch to progress on both fights. you pull em until you get lucky with camera or attack patterns. They're both visually spectacular and thematically top notch of course =)
