The final Boss should've been "OH MY GOD IT'S PATCHES WITH A STEEL CHAIR!!!"
I would love this
"Patches the unbreakable with a steel chair to the back of the head!!! Radahns gonna feel that one in the morning!!"
WHAT ?! IT'S PATCHES JUMPING DOWN FROM THE THIRD ROPE !!
WAIT WHATS PATCHES DOING , HES REACHING FOR SOMETHING OMG HE PULLED OUT THE CHAIR
That honestly would've been better lol
Or Patches is the Outer God
Am I crazy or was Radahn actually dope af. I mean he is like completely different and just seeing his prime was so sick. Imo it has a bigger impact than a completely new character because you can tie him back into the main story lore. It potentially explains the war between Malenia and Radahn.
He is
It does, Malenia's quote from the cinematic while fighting Radahn was revealed in his armor
I don't know the quote, but it implies that Malenia was in on Miquella's plan the entire time. The ending of the DLC also makes it seem like Radahn didn't want to be consort to Miquella, making it much more sinister overall
It’s pretty amazing, my third fav boss in the entire of Elden ring
@@daniell.3395 mohg was preety much manipulated to become SIMP to miquela and radhan was "stolen" by miquela to be her consort not caring if he wants it or not overall miquela is the most ( in my opinion ) sadistic "god" from elden ring bcs WHY THE FU** she stole our beloved general radhan and his beloved leonardo
He is and the lore is great. These people can't learn lore in-game, they will only get it after Vati gets a video out.
All I can say is *"Those stripped of grace of gold shall all meet death. In the embrace of Messmer's flame."*

This is a very correct list and should be enshrined in the US constitution. I know, It has nothing to do with rights but either way, put it in there.
Furnace Golems are the lowest F and that includes the base game. They look cool in the distance but you don't see that in the actual fight. They are really easy fights but take forever. It's just boring and not fun.
Yeah it's low D or E for me. They only look cool
And only like 10k runes lol
Spiral shard is killer for them. If you can lock onto one leg and have the spirals pass through the other leg to get to it, they go down SUPER fast.
They actually take 3 hits if you know the way
Worst video game enemy I’ve ever encountered. Any game I’ve played in last 30 years
the most disappointing thing in the dlc is the fact that we didnt got to fight the gloom eyed queen. that would have been such a cool hidden boss.
Putrescent knight was named knight of the gloam eyed queen in the game files so there definitely has been some cut content or retconning
@@angel17891 They love cutting out all the interesting stuff from their games. Y tf would they cut this stuff related to her? We didn't learn anything new about the outer gods, Gloam Eyed Queen and especially Melina. I really hope they just make another dlc to add all this stuff in cos there's so much wasted story. The lore of the dlc is the most disaapointing thing.
i dont know why so many of yall are obsessed with the dead, gloam eyed queen was killed by maliketh to take her rune of death. Im pretty sure Marika is smart enough to take the correct counter measures and ensure she cant get revived (giving her destined death or smthin)
Well it would've been hard for them to make Melina a boss.
There were a lot of cool figures they could have reintroduced. The gloam eyed gueen as you said, the twin bird (god of death birds). The formless mother, although it makes sense from a lore perspective why we didn't fight her or even find her.
Godwyn's physical body would have been really cool to run into. And I also think that's the most disappointed think people felt with radahn. Why was it Radahn and not Godwyn
I think what really discourages fighting dragons head on is just that their head sometimes feels untouchable. For Midir and Bayle, (Bayle's move shares a lot of similar elements with Midir), they have clearly telegraphed moves that leaves their head vulnerable to attack at the end of it.
piercing jump attacks my bro heavy thrusting swords dual and you break his posture in 3-5 hits depending on the weapon, heck it works on hippo gaius and big guys.
To be fair Bayle is coded to give you his head after every attack.

Assassins gambit makes the abyssal woods into a joke. None of the enemies aggro you & you can just run through the foggy area. More people need to know that.
I just killed the things, at least I got a bit of satisfaction out of that otherwise empty area
The untouchables were an absolute nightmare, until I learned you can parry them.
I eould've loved to know about assassin's gambit the first time went through it
Whole area was disappointing IMO and I don't get the hype. Saw a bunch of messages talking about some unseen, untouchable horror and braced myself for the worst - sprinted all the way to the mansion, never bumped into anything and entire place was empty. Really anti-climactic.
The boss fight at the end was cool at least
@@GARGANTUANMASKEDFISH same, expected some massive horror lurking in the woods
Midra is by far my favorite from the DLC, with one of the best OST of all time. Unfortunately, I didn't get to experience Bayle in my first playthrough because my two pickaxes destroyed him with 7k hits before he could do anything.
WHAT? What build are you running? Minecraft creator mode?
@@faller006 80 strength, 50 endurance + 25 faith, with jumping power attacks. The pickaxe is probably the best weapon for jumping attacks. Deals piece dmg + high poise dmg (greathammer with greataxe moveset) and you can use chilling mist as ash of war (my favorite for every big bonk).
Bayle, like any dragon, is also weak to piece dmg.
But I actually use them only for the early bosses, dragons and the final boss. My main weapons for the DLC was the anvil + avatar staff.
Only downside to the Rellana fight is that she can do her moon attack near a wall and they don't actually hit the ground then blow up, they just go off without dropping and still combo you
wow thats insane to happen
another downside is what happened to me - enough DPS with a summon and staggering her, and you never see the moons. Oops.
another downside is when she combines her phalanx with the moon attack. It throws off your dodge timings
@@OmegaShanicI killed her with mimic before she could drop the moons

Consort Radahn being the final boss makes more sense than Godwin, it not only explains why milenia waged a suicidal war on rahdan but it also explains to us why mog was so infatuated with miquella and what miquella and millenia were plotting all along. If they had resurrected godwin it wouldnt have explained why millenia went out of her way to fight rahdan.
I agree, and from what I know the actions that Godwyn took. We know them. He was a good guy, liked by many people, fought dragons and befriended one. Then he died. That’s his whole character. From software could’ve explored more about what he did but they didn’t.
@@Siehtluohcs It would've been so nice to just have a questline that helped us learn more about Godwyn. Or a questline to help Miquella revive him. Or justa questline where we could actually interact with Miquella.
Funny so many people keep talking about Godwyn like he wasn’t the first Demi god to be struck down by the rune of death that permanently kills off the gods 🤣🤣🤣
@@anonisnoone6125 not the mention that when the dlc ended, after killing Consort Radahn all we earn is a memory of Miquella. I’m like “that’s it?” I thought we could at least walk to the gate of divinity and interact with it. Maybe even speak to Miquella in there. But I think we killed him just like how St. Trina wanted
It was explained in base game. The demigods fought over control because the great runes corrupted them. It was already established. Anything else was retconned and the lore was shoehorned into the DLC. Its mid tier writing but yall are in the same mood us Game of thrones fans were in years ago. Subverting expectations isn't always good.
People get so mad that he "Cheesed" the bosses. He used mechanics that are in the game. Blame the developers for allowing it in their game, not the players. People wanna protect their "hardcore" gaming status and can't stand when someone doesn't struggle through it like them.
I stopped caring about _souls purists_ no matter how you play you are always "cheating" bleed build? cheat, tank build? cheat, a caster? cheat.
To them apparently the _correct way to play_ is a no armor, fists only level one run which only a few folk can even do and they larp as one of them.

tbh Radahns setting in the base game is way cooler too. I a hundred percent agree with the Radahn reasoning. I think a version of Zombie Godwyn piloted by the spirit of Miquella or something along those lines would have been far more satisfying. It also would have just scratched that itch of potentially getting more information about Godwyn and added a sense of completion for getting to fight all of Marika's children in some form or another.
Asmon dislikes dragons because he hates atacking feet, but he likes furnace golems lmao
Head attacks > feet attacks
The furnace golems have like 3 attacks and they're REALLY easy to read, that's the difference.
People dont seem to understand that the reason you can't use torrent in the Abyssal woods is because the Frenzied Flame can actually KILL torrent, thats why he's afraid.
Radahn, while a very cool reveal and ties up some lore questions immediately lost the coolness factor once the fight started and progressed into the second phase. I desperately tried to beat him with the build I had, with max Scadu and Spirit Ash levels but after several hours across 2 days I just couldn't take it and felt the need to respec into a holy negating greatshield build to even beat him. He is an extremely hard boss, the ONLY boss in the DLC I can say is overtuned which tends to unnecessarily funnel people into greatshield bleed builds to beat. Not to mention the visibility issues during the second phase with Miquella's abilities, it very quickly became a boss that just wasn't fun to beat. Radahn for me gets two different rankings, S tier for impact reveal and lore but low C to high D tier for the fight itself and the enjoyment of it.
I would put Jagged Peak Drake higher. It shares some of the same moves as Bayle, so it sort of teaches them to you before you even enter the Bayle fight.
He doesn't even know what the bosses do, bro was just standing still and hitting. And how he puts Messmer in S when he almost cryied during the fight and said he would stop playing cause it's too hard 😂😂

after helping around 20 players with the messmer fight and memorizing his moveset i fuckşng love that fight but in a casual players perspective ppl don't fight that guy as much as I did so i understand ppl not liking him as much as bayle but for me its mechanically much more interesting (plus i just like humanoid bosses way more than big guys)
Promised consort is incredible but i felt like that boss, more than any other boss in a souls game, forced me to use a specific build, not even changing damage type, it made me use spear and great shield. But I love all the lore NPC summons they had for every bossfights, like the Hornsent against Messmer, Igor against Bayle, and the Mohg follower against promised consort, they all had unique dialogue and it was awesome. I think this DLC is the strongest story fromsoft has every told in one of these games in terms of storytelling, because I was actually able to understand what was going on and the whole party of NPCs you’re sent in with are awesome. Bloodborne is still my favorite story, but the way the constructed the narrative for this DLC was really compelling and easy to follow. I loved that penultimate fight against all the Miquella loyalists, the dialogue was great, and the Mohg follower summon you could have tag along might be one of my all time favorite NPCs in any souls game. I loved this DLC. 10/10.

so true
I’m willing to defend the Radahn fight to a certain degree, but the complaints about the sheer overstimulation of light is kinda justifiable.
If it was one or two follow up light effects instead of like seven pillars of light, I think people would’ve enjoyed it a lot better.
But lore-wise, Radahn was the only option for revival, as he was the only one whose soul wasn’t destroyed or had some affliction. It was Radahn soul fused with Mohg’s body. If the story was to revive Godwyn, it still would’ve been Radahn’s soul, just now in Godwyn’s body.
But his body was already transformed into that merman like state and his soul annihilated by the rune of death. He wouldn’t fit in Miquella’s plan. The only figure in the Lands Between who would’ve worked, was Radahn, and Mohg was the only living demigod without a physical impairment or affliction caused by an Outer God.
- Rykard is part of the God Devouring Serpent.
- Ranni is guided by the Dark Moon.
- Rennala is still alive but has lost her mind.
- Godwyn’s soul was destroyed and his body warped into a slumbering monster.
- Malenia is eternally afflicted by the Outer God if Rot, Unalloyed Gold can hold off the affliction for so long.
- Morgott was turned into Grace.
- Messmer is still alive but is protected by his flames and serpent.
- Melina has already (potentially) reduced her body to ash as kindling.
- Godrick’s body was grafted, his blood and everything about him was too weak to actually serve as his consort.
- Mohg’s only connection to the Formless Mother is through his spear, not anything with his body. After dying, his body becomes the only vessel capable of binding to Radahn’s soul as a fellow demigod while also keeping its strings as Miquella’s puppet.
Miquella’s only choice WAS Radahn and Mohg. And he needed a consort capable of enforcing his will and driving away the Outer Gods, a feat only accomplished by Miquella himself, and Radahn. Radahn was the puppet he needed most, and trapping his soul to a body already charmed by him, just let him have the piece he needed to fulfill his ambition, the ultimate enforcer of his soon-to-be divine will.
Even if the DLC did revive Godwyn with Radahn’s soul… do you really think the TWO STRONGEST DEMIGODS fused together, incarnated in their new combined prime, would be an “easier” boss fight than Radahn with occasional Bloodflame? Because that would be Radahn with Golden Lightning, Ancient Dragon Lightning, AND Deathblight.
Radahn “works” because he’s the most important piece in Miquella’s grand plan, Freyja and Ansbach were even hesitant and against what happened to their respective lord, the two are imprisoned at Miquella’s thrall. But if take down Radahn and free them both, Miquella’s entire plan falls apart and can’t be recreated. The Tarnished is set to become Elden Lord, and Miquella has no means to combat them, nor any pieces left to counter them and their journey. He sacrificed everything for the ultimate trump card, but if we beat it, he has nothing left. And the entire DLC is just about stopping Miquella. And again, this isn’t exactly Radahn in his prime, it’s an incarnation of Radahn in its prime. If you put Bruce Lee in the body of an average martial artist, it doesn’t make that person “Bruce Lee”, its someone with Bruce Lee’s soul in a body not as honed, refined, or as developed as Bruce Lee’s in his prime.
But I would love it if there was one more DLC for Godwyn and the Godskins’ Gloam Eyed Queen and some extra detail about the red spear that pierced Marika.
Also, were used to having great fights and/or figures teased, but nothing getting released… *_*cough cough Tomoe and Ocelot cough_*
TL;DR
I get the frustrations with the final boss, I personally love it though, but lore-wise, it really was the only way, anything else wouldn’t have worked or would have been even more of a nightmare than what we got.
What does 'soul' means in the context of Elden Ring anyway?
You make great points and I completely get what you're saying. I think my personal issue is that did it didn't HAVE to be written the way it was from the start. Yes, Radahn makes sense. I get the whole "Miquella loved Radahn, the consort thing was planned from the start with Malenia whispering it to Radahn during their fight" but if it was written, from the get-go, in a way that had Radahn come back at the end, that kinda disappoints me.
I dunno man, it's your story. Make up some shit about Miquella using some special super duper magic sauce, that defies destined death, to bring back Godwyn. (I'm not gonna comment on the difficulty of a Godwyn fight because that's just pure speculation, coulds/woulds)
It's a magical fantasy world where you can have 2 beings with the same body somehow produce offspring along with plenty of other wild stuff. Make some other shit up.
heavily disagree with people wanting godwyn. his story is done and the land of shadow is at the same time and it wouldnt be the same thing as radahn because it actually is radahn

I loved the boss Fight, and if they clean up the visual clutter a bit in phase 2 I think it is an easy S tier for me.
@@randomnobody9229 I think so too. It’s an epic boss lore wise and gameplay wise. People might forget that this dlc does not alter the ending of the base game, we still have to go for the big boys like Godfrey maliketh and marika/radagon. Cant even imagine Gael being hated now, he's like, as perfect of an ending to the trilogy as you can get.
Gael has one of the best lores in any Fromsoft game.
Radahn on the otherhand is the craziest fan-fic you could come up with. Remember, this shit is the END for Elden RIng.
should've been godwyn
I think a lot of people, including me, are perfectly okay with Radahn coming back. This is the first and last time we ever see him near his prime, since the Scarlet Rot made him an unthinking monster without feet in the base game. His intro is the same way he looked when facing Malenia in the story trailer, and now that fight has much more lore implications with the DLC
I defeated the final boss a couple of hours ago. Absolutely love the DLC and my favourite boss was Romina, the Saint of the bud. I think the design was really cool
Conceptually, Radahn is an amazing boss. Fighting the Red Lion at his peak & prime while a literal golden god rides on his back (pause) is awesome. It’s just the fight that is a bit iffy. The golden particle effects make it difficult to see what’s going on at times. Some moves (like the multi slam attacks or golden explosion follows ups) can be really annoying. And his sheer health & damage output funnels a lot of players into summoning (which makes it even harder) or using meta weapons. I managed to beat him solo after 4 hours (on ng+7) but I think he’s a bit overblown in the difficulty department.
Don’t know if he’s mentally at his peak while being mind controlled, and getting back shots from his step brother
Having radahn show up out of basically nowhere is so unbelievably lazy. A base game boss? When they had so many other cool, new options? I'm so mad at this choice. And I won't even get into the difficulty.
For me Radahn's first phase is an S tier. His 2nd phase can kiss my ass.
Still to aggressiv for me atleast. Radahn is for just D tier.
My friend watched me fight p2 radahn and asked how I could tell what was going on, I said I couldn’t but it looks awesome
@@ceomusic7 Fighting phase 2 feels like your fist fighting a flashbang.
Lamentor is really cool once you realise that he's a pinwheel 2.0 and done justice.
Besides, the unique mechanic he has makes you either have to up your damage output or actually engage with the clones, which is cool.
Furnace golem was really an eye catcher. Walking around slowly in the distant background, looking like a lit wicker man. I liked watching it rise on Emiru after Asmon beat the DLC.
yeah i dont like dragons in elden ring , they all have the same moveset and basically you deal with them the same way , with the exception of special dragons like Plasidusax and Bayle and maybe Fortissax .
A fact that ppl forget is that Miquella totally dumped Malenia, didnt try to help her rot situation after becoming a god, waiting for radahn... just killed the character right there
What ? Miquella only becomes a God when you fight him. Plus it would hardly make sense, as you can kill Malenia before you fight Miquella, so what happens if you do end up killing her and he "heals" her ?
facts i was 100% sure that miquella was the only saint/nice demi god in this game yet just to see his ass do that shit while leaving malenia in the dumps was just a turn off like how tf did Mogh beat the allegations XD
@@chadikhr7258 well his journey started off with good intentions but he had to strip away a lot of parts of himself to achieve godhood and one of those parts was his love/compassion (st trina his other half) so what started out as him trying to make the world a better place for his family and friends turned into "the ends justify the means" and he ended up wanting this whole "make the world a gentler place" idea, no matter the cost.
I actually think fighting Radanh at his prime as a final boss empowered and helped by Miquella is pretty cool and it also makes sense lorewise. My issues with the fight are the fact that he underuse gravitational magic (the moves where he mixes grav. magic with Miquella's gold magic are super cool both visually and thematically but he does only a couple of those), the combos are probably too long and the rays of light poke you a lot even if you dodge the attacks and basically don't let you see anything.
yea, camera problem happens when the boss is big and way too aggressive.
this dlc is all about big bosses with temper and if you don't beat them first try, it will be twice harder because they are literally going to gank you when entering yellow fog door
Opinions are opinions but I was hyped af when I saw it was Radahn.. Someone I had slayed in a pitiful state has come back at their rumored full power that we never got to fight and was already one of the coolest fights in the game for me. So I disagree radahn fight is one of the coolest lore wise and just in general it looked amazing only topped by the camera cinematic in the mesmer fight for me with the snakes.. The way the camera moved was awesome.
this! radahn is the best thing they gave us. at full power. so good :)
but radahn was underwhelming for me, the only reason he was tough was because miquella joined in with his light attacks and not him being in prime form.
But the fight itself is terrible. The visuals are too much and 80% of his attacks are bullshit. There’s a regular sword combo attack he does that is literally impossible to dodge unless you have frame perfect timing.
Full power is Miquella helping him? I like phase 1 and would give it A Tier but phase 2 makes him d tier
He gets really annoying with his constant barrage of attacks that dont let you breath for a second. While i love that we are fighting prime radhan, i dont think he should have been the final boss, i dont understand the lore so im still confused how radhan is revived
Tbh I was just confused how the last boss WASNT Godwin the golden. Like all that pre-dlc lore with the eclipse and referential narrative regarding the fact that clearly there was an attachment to Godwin specifically depicted by statue at the haligtree like it almost feels like they just sort of arbitrarily made it radahn to make malenias attack make sense which I mean idk maybe Vaati can help me connect it back to radahn but it just seems wrong
Don’t get me wrong though not gonna complain about seeing prime radahn I just think it would have been way cooler if it was Godwin
totally agree
Godwyn would never fight u cos he's dead. His soul is gone. Only his body lives. But I really wish there was a quest line to help Miquella ressurect Godwyn since that was such a prominant piece of the lore. Miquella was just completely wasted. They fumbled him so bad.
@anonisnoone6125 Does it say in the lore that he cannot be resurrected? Miquella is smart he wouldn't have tried to bring him back if he knew that it's impossible, the eclipse ritual failed because of radahn stoping the stars that would explain why malenia was sent to kill him, something must've been retconed for the dlc, no way they made so many connections for miquella and godwyn in the base game for nothing.
If Miquella was smart he would have won. Miquella has failed at everything and tries to do the impossible cuz he's a child who just doesn't accept how the world works. Godwyn is dead, let it go.
I kinda messed up fighting Bayle, Metyr, and Midra since i played a Rennala build on them and finished them in their second attempt
I'm still in OP mode. I love seeing this huge list of bosses in a DLC. Should I be NG+ before attempting?
Pretty good ranking. Scadutree avatar is lowkey S tier cause it’s so fun jumping around over its attacks but I don’t think Asmon could even jump with his build so I’m not gonna blame him for that 😂
I didnt look at anything before i finished my playthrough. Took hours on every boss to learn every move. It was a shock to me when i found out people dont despise bayle and the avatar. They are at the bottom of my tierlist hands down
@@bad_noob1221 Well the name checks out.
The way you play without learning any boss mechanics disqualifies you from having any actual, credible opinion regarding this game's bosses.
Also depending on how strong you are your gameplay experience when fighting these will be different.
I loved the fight against the Blackgaol Knight since I was perfectly leveled for that particular one.
Asmon got him in I think 2 tries because he had a very strong set of weapons going into it.
So it became a very brief experience.
The camera is better in that mod, but if fromsoft had made radahn teleport like that then he would easily be the most despised boss in the game
The story line around Miquella using Mohg to get to the land of shadow and then taking his body to use as a vessel made me think the whole time I was going to get some crazy blood and holy Mohg possessed by Miquella. I was disappointed and confused to see Radahn. I definitely forgot that he was making the body of Mohg his consort but I'd still like to see something other than Radahn.
Same, I wished to see Godwyn but his soul is pretty much erased
Mohg is already in the game twice
So you would like Mohg a 3rd time but not Radahn a 2nd. Got it
@@Khann_2102 Yeah Godwin is the ONE character that will never return and has no expanding lore. His death was so 'real' in a sense that even his lore stops after he died.
@@achmahnsch Yep
Definitly agree that the last boss should have been Mikela and someone else like Godwyn with some funky lore reason. It was cool to see Radahn in his prime but the original boss was wayyyy better. You cannot do that in this kind of game. You cannot resuse a boss and have it be WORSE
Interesting about the putrescent knight. I thought he was really fun, nice to learn and finding St Trina after him is dope as hell.
I was feeling the same about Godwyn too. I was really hoping for him to be in the DLC too.
The two dragons fighting if u just sat back an watched one would take out the other. I seen it like whoever wins get to fight me next lol
One the best parts is not even a boss fight is the npcs boss fight before the Radahn, is so fucking cool and the music hits hard in the heart.
In a few years, Lance MacDonald or someone similar is going to reveal that Godwyn was going to be the Final Boss of the DLC until they ran into deadline issues and swapped in Radahn. Screencap this post.
Oh I'm sure as well
They should save something for Elden Ring 2
He wont. because DLC has already been datamined and there's close to none cut content only way this would happen is if they patched in cut content but that wont happen. Godwyn makes less sense than Radahn btw
Ah yes, they were running into the deadline so they scrapped whatever they were doing and made a boss from the scratch lmao.
I had the complete opposite reaction to radahn being the final boss. I remember the hype I had fighting 1.0 radahn base game, and loving how Chad he was in the lore. That admiration stuck with me as time progressed, and to have the pinnacle of the dlc open with him gravity drawing his greatswords just put a smile on my face
He’s also basically the guts to miquellas Griffith, his strongest pawn to be controlled to keep his kingdom and plans in power
Radahn is one of the worst bosses in any fromsoftware game I've ever played
I like the Furnace Golems because everytime you see a new one you know you’re headed to a new zone. I never even touched any of them because I just assumed it was a damage sponge and that sounds boring.
That's cool. They look easy to avoid too. Don't poke the bear.
Asmon didn’t even see half of these bosses movesets because he played the game like a fucking bot. I wish he wouldn’t be so stubborn and just try to learn the attack patterns. The game really isn’t that hard, and once you get the feel for a boss, it’s pure euphoria
When u complete the the final boss standing still holding down one button and poking the list is just hocus pocus.
Finally peak content
Glad you put bayle in S tier. He's very close to midir and I'd say he's even slightly better.
I don't think there was a single L but I probably wouldve put senesax a teensy bit higher but thats it.
Correction, you don’t have to double roll the light in phase 2 of radahn. You just have to roll inwards. I think the fight is a potential S tier with F tier lore.
Black gaol knight should be on A tier. Simple fight but straight forward and enjoyable.
I think the final boss should have been "John, EldenRing". A humanoid roughly the size of Radahn (maybe a bit shorter), who wields a huge ring half his size as a weapon. He would have a charge attack where he rides his ring by running on top of it. He would use it as a hammer but add some off-hand fist attacks into the mix. Maybe he would use his ring as a boost to do a spin attack from the air (like he smashes downward with the ring and then propels himself into the air to make a spin and hit with the ring again). In his second phase he would start by splitting his ring into two thinner ones and using a new moveset consisting of classing dual-wield attacks, "throw one -> close up with another" kinds of closers, charge attack when he rolls to you on his rings in a T-pose. To make it more visually impressive he could use attacks like "throw one ring and hit it with another to create a sonic shockwave which would hit the player". His smaller ring could be bouncing off the player in certain combos (like he would simply throw the ring into you or throw it spinning or something else) which would allow the boss for faster combos and overall higher tempo of the fight.
That's some good weed 👌
Romina getting no love. She was high A, low S for me.
I don't play Elden Ring anymore now, so I thought it would have been great if you sent your editor to add clips of you fighting these bosses~ cheers!
dude actting like he "done everything" were you even playing? XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
he has like 7x 5-7hrs gameplay Vods on this channel bro
Lil bro didn't learn any bosses movesets yet feels like he can have an opinion and rank the bosses LMAO
@@danusha6689and he played shite on all of them.
"Commander Gaius? More like Coomander GAY-ASS." There is one good thing about that boss though. The weapon art on his weapon is insane. You can become a literal flying drill and just obliterate things. Put it in the Greatest of Swords and put bleed on it. (Crag Blade does this too.) I use this weapon instead of a mimic tear. Sometimes I let the mimic tear do it too.
Hippo was F when I first saw him, and is still an F because I will curb stomp him with a mimic. You find them out in the wild and they feel like they're 25% as powerful and die to everything and the grab just misses every 2 seconds... and you can use a horse. (I didn't I hate horse combat.)
Lion boss is a C for me. Again I am always close to bosses so the backflip in a charge and being near a wall makes my camera sad. Not locking on is annoying since he moves way more than your average giant / dragon. I don't like it. If it wasn't any camera stuff I'd say it's a high A.
Furnace Golems - F. A chore. The mechanic of them stumbling twice, and falling down so you can do some damage and then you have to get up again is just annoying. They should fall over once and die if you rip their visage off. If I can mimic I do. I slap a fast bonk weapon and we go to town. Gett'em outta here.
Ghostflame dragon F. Is a dragon and I'm tired of bonking feet. The other fight with all the other mobs was the worst not because the mobs were dangerous because they would take forever to die and would do no damage to dragon but you would get obliterated by the hammer bros if they snuck up on you. I went in and beat all their asses while having to dodge aoe farts from the dragon AND THEN had to make sure I didn't get farted on and have to do it all again. Just let me fight the dragon and it'd be at least an E.
Bug Lady is annoying but you can just use bollus's or whatever to clear it once it procs. Her landing and the 10 hour cast gives a big enough window. Her hitbox is a bit wonky I find. I'd C.. c for C-UNT hitbox.
Basically if it's a big stupid fast moving camera shit fest I don't like it. Other people can like it but I don't give a fuck.
To the people who are upset that Radahn uses light attacks instead of more gravity attacks for lore reasons, the entire point is that you aren’t fighting Radahn you’re fighting Miquella’s twisted idealized version of him.
For Commander Gaius's charge, you need to dodge towards him. If not he'll hit you. As soon as I discovered this I beat him first try. I was dying left and right with. I actually like him now.
Honestly i also feel like having Goldwyn would have been cooler because you could see the man who defeated Fortisax with Miquellla
Idk how people can take this mans take on anything elden ring related serious
Same. If only his talent was as up there as his arrogance. 😂
I would love to hear you talk in depth about what you love from all the FromSoft S tier bosses
Maybe in the next dlc they are going to add godwyn as the last boss. I know the soul is dead but some elden god possesing his soulless body would be pretty cool.
Bro cheesed half bosses and now does "the only correct tier list" what a joke
Asmongold: " I hate bosses that put status effects on you that deal a lot of dmg"
also Asmongold: puts Midra S-tier
I literally got hit with madness once through the 4 tries it took me to beat him.
It also didn't chunk my health to half like radahn does with a single attack.
Lingering statuses are annoying or when there's too much buildup, but midra is balanced really well.
Midra managed to still be a great fight even with that downside
romina is top 4 for me in the dlc tbh
@kozukitonio740 romina is a good boss mechanically, but like why is there rot in the shadowlands?
Is she to the scorpian rot god, what malenia is to gowry and current rot in the lands between?
It's not very clear who she really is and why she's there.
2:40 Bayle the Dread is like: if u don't want players to look at dragons foot the entire fight - just cut this foot off KEKW
So the only problem i had with bayle is once i was able to get all of my stuff going. I beat his ass during the transition between 1st and 2nd phase he didnt even have the chance to grow wings
Rating commander Gaius F despite not having even experienced what makes him an F tier boss (broken hitboxes) due to his build is so funny
Yeah i was just about to typ this.. imean.. can anyone really rate bosses accurate when going broken build and just stream rolled everything?
Almost like if we put on godmode and then say that this is the best fight! kek... As Asmond say himself.. are we taking crazy pills or wtf is going on? 🤔🤣
@@unfinestyou guys are so weird. Now there’s a problem with playing like a tank? You guys really expect everyone to play with nothing that the game gives them. It’s a video game boys. No one cares that you beat the dlc wielding toothpick with a only a towel on your character. Let’s mature up a bit.
@@friendlyneighborhoodcollec5928 He can play however he wants, the problem is that he rated a boss an F because of something that he couldnt even experience BECAUSE of his build, he is clearly not forming his own opinion on the bosses and is just trying to appeal to the general audience lol
Radahn as the final boss was cool imo. It tied up a lot of the lord. The fight itself? Pretty bullshit in the second phase.
Sacred Blade Ashes war looks broken when you use it on Death Bird and Ghostflame Dragon technically they're both Undead enemies so Sacred dmg devastates them, lvl 210 faith dex arcane build I used Sacred Blade on the new Black Knight Twinblade and man that did the job for these 2 guys in 4-5 hits using the ash of war skill!
putting demi human swordmaster onze at A over radahn at s tier is literally the most troll i have EVER seen XD

@@jacksonedwards9803 a boss is cool and fun if he doesnt die from your build in 2 hits... a challenge, a back and forth and heart pumping adrenaline... if anything sounds like your build was worse than a broken ladle and you were unable to even put a dent into the boss
Can asmond even make a tier list when he went full defense ? 💀
When I killed Radahn I initially didn't know that was the final boss and the game is over.
I think that speaks of how little he feels like he should've been the final boss.
Miquella fkd up not choosing Godefroy as his consort. No Godefroy in the DLC just ruined it entirely. The most mysterious and all powerful character in the whole game and not a word about him anywhere is so sad😢
this guy talks about fights when he cheesed the fuck out of them instead of learning mechanics
I think Promised Consort is really good minus his one, two, cross attack. I think the beams of light are a super fun way of making players not only have good dodge timing but also positioning. I feel like he's the definition of hard but fair. And lore wise it's also dope. I think people forget that Godwyn actually destined death dead unlike Radahn.
So I think a cool idea for the Final boss would be to keep the first phase like it is but change the 2nd phase. The story about how Mogh was controlled by Miquella and Radahn’s souls was implemented into the body stays the same. Now, it would be cool if during the 2nd phase cut scene where Radahn is turning red Miquella comes out and says something to the effect of “that body is too weak for your soul”. Then, instead of becoming Radahn’s backpack, Miquella bring’s out Godwyn’s body and puts Radahn’s soul into Godwyn’s body. Now, for lore reasons, Miquella should have to be continuously using his powers on top of the steps to do this, which is why the fight didn’t start that way. It also shows why the lore of the main game shows that Miquella “failed” at bringing back Godwyn. It would tie most of it together. Then the final boss could be Radahn in Godwyn’s more powerful body using a different move-set with dragon skills, gravity, and maybe death blight.
You can fight Gaius on mount ... you can literally make a Guts vs. Boscogne fight. I mean ... they wanted you to use the horse more in the DLC that was even said before.
People not understanding shit about the lore and Yapping that Radahn is dissapointing is crazy to me
It's disappointing when you understand the lore reason for him being there only exists because From caved and gave fans the prime Radahn fight people were asking for. They are capable of writing great things, this was not one of those.
I would rather have prime Radagon, Miquella himself, Marika somehow or mainly Godwyn the golden.
Don't read my name
Its dissapointing because this was not even in the top 10 of what people wanted to know more about lorewise
@@chef416 I don't think they put radahn back cuz of us, if you look at the cinematic when he and malenia fought, she gets near him and whispers something to him and the content of that was in one of the item which i cant remember

seriously he put bosses here based on how cool they look, and doesnt even care about their mechanics
