Hi Vipin, I am an investor in AIPL Joy street, Having a very hard time, It has become such a bitter experience that I finally filed a case in Haryana RERA against AIPL's unethical practices.
@@LegoNinjagoIN My unit in AIPL Joystreet is not yet leased, during the time of sale neither Milestone reality-Channel partner of AIPL and nor AIPL sales manager revealed about hidden clauses in BBA and Coveyance deed, they tricked me into signing both documents keeping leasing rights with them and provided constructive possession to me, since 4 years unit has been vacant, they were not able to put my unit on lease, I asked them to provide phyical possession that is also they are not proving, finally I took legal recourse.
Completely cheating builder and flop projects. Manage authorities to take OC before completion to stop assured returns. None of the projects is running. Owners are stuck with their hard earned money, cheating and lies is all they offer and Mr Saurabh Shanker AIPL shys away from meeting customers who are worst hit. Pathetic experience. See their huge list of RERA cases against them .

You are a seasoned and experienced real estate consultant- please reach out to the investors, feel the pain and spread true feedback of builders and their employees. Here, you have choosen a wrong builder and worst real estate guy who doesn't come with a good background. AIPL can't afford good professionals, therefore this guy is there for 9 years. He is not employable in other reputed real estate companies, fit for AIPL only.
Can you please tell me one thing. WHY YOU TAKE 8 YEARS to sold and functional. Why most of the malls are not functional, why are you waiting for FDI whay local businesses not able to take shops in these commercial properties. You may say These are so many questions not one n there is lots of different aspects and reasons. But my dear friends in my view Its only one reason. The greedy nature of developers and government, simultaneously both are making money, n 90 percent peoples are living 3rd class life in Gurgaon. Why not progress should be inclusive.
